Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to the entire property, including the spacious garage, pool, laundry area, and both the front and back yards. The space is exclusively yours, ensuring total privacy during your stay.

Interaction with Guests:
Your privacy is important to us, and we provide a hassle free self check-in process. You'll receive keypad entry codes and detailed instructions 24 hours before your arrival. For any questions or issues during your stay, we're available 24/7 via phone or the app.

Other details to note:
We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

The home has central Heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150 per day. Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates. Spa heating is always complimentary :)

A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs and covers the deep cleaning measures we take after check-out.

There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 13guests.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.
