No elevator waits or crowded beaches!
Patio opens to a freshwater lake.
Fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, new memory foam sleeper sofa and loveseat, and new furnishing and tile.
Family-friendly beach complex. No crossing any busy streets!

King bed in the master, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and twin & queen inflatable mattress easily set up in the living room.

Pets Allowed for fee - $25 cleaning fee will be added. Fee to the office 3 Nights or less $80(1) and $40(2nd) 4 nights or more $150 for 1 and $200 for 2. Office requires vaccination records Certain breeds not permitted check with owner.

Well maintained and decorated ground level condo. Park in the front of the condo for easy unloading and loading. Washer/dryer and wifi included. Towels and linens provided. Have comfortably slept 6 which is the max occupancy with an air mattress in the living/dining room but it is a tight fit but with children, it works great

Each unit will be stocked with linens and bath towels when you arrive. We'll also get you started with an initial supply of essentials, like hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. We do not supply refills of these items or any laundry detergent or charcoal for the grills. Please do not remove bath towels from your unit and please bring your own beach towels.

Early check-in and late checkout available if cleaning time permits for a $25 fee per request due to high demand/requests.

Shortened stay

We were booked for 10 days but had to leave after only 2 days because of remodeling happening in the unit next door (that the owner was unaware of when we booked). The noise was terrible and it made our dog extremely anxious. The owners were so gracious and quick to respond to our messages and helped us to make other arrangements. The unit was very nice and a quick walk to the beach right from the property. Several nice restaurants within easy walking distance.

Great vacation spot

Sugar beach is one of the best complexes in PCB. Family atmosphere that feels safe and quiet. This condo was clean, had good quality furnishings, and the host was communicative. Short walk to the beach and pool. We really enjoyed our stay!

Sweet Stay at Sugar Beach

We had a great time at Sugar Beach Condominiums. The owners had done a good job updating and decorating. We love the proximity to the beach and many restaurants. We would definitely return.

Turtle Cove is a wonderful place to stay. Its located near restaurants and Attractions. I'll definitely be booking another vacation in the future.

Lovely Beachside Condo

We absolutely loved our stay at Turtle Cove Condo. The location was perfect and only a short walk to the private beach. The condo was just as described and the bedroom was large enough to fit a pack and play for our toddler. Traci and Richard were very responsive and even let us know ahead of time that construction would be taking place at the condo. We will definitely be making a return trip in the future.

Peaceful pet friendly

Relaxation accomplished.

The property was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and appliances. I loved the lake with the turtles and fish in it. We needed to just get away for a few days and this helped immensely.

Beautiful days at the beach

The condo was better then I could have hoped for, the recliner and out side lake were a plus. If not for the patio being re surfaced during the first 4 days it would have been a five. Could not go out the back to the beach had to walk around the front to get to the back and the beach, But once completed the patio was excellent and access restored to the back and beach

Great place to stay!

My husband and I were so excited for our little get away!! This was the perfect place to stay. Check-in was super easy. If staying, I highly recommend registering online that way everything you need is ready to go in the little boxes outside of the leasing office. We got in on a Sunday night and I didn't realize to register online and get everything we needed, I would've needed to do that during the week, so that Monday morning my husband and I woke up to a note warning of being towed if we didn't get a parking pass. Lesson learned, definitely pre-register ahead of time! The condo itself was great for my hudband and I. Decent amount of space, nice appliances, super convenient being on the first floor because we had our dog with us, so we were able to just walk out the front porch to let our dog out. The grounds itself of the condo facility is really nice and peaceful. Very quiet too. It's right there on the beach too with access to chairs and umbrella's. The pool was really nice too and very clean. Highly recommend especially if you're wanting to bring your dog with you! My husband, dog, and I can't wait to come back!

Many steps to the beach

First the code box had two boxes. We did not know this so we could not get in bc we were using the wrong box. Luckily a gentleman near by came to our rescue and knew the owners. He called them and they immediately responded. Second the ad says steps to the beach. So wrong. It was 275 steps to the gate to the beach, then it was steps to the beach. I am 81years old . Steps matter. Third there was zero view of the beach instead there was this gigantic condo building that blocked any decent view of anything.Fourt the single chair was cooked to the left. Sitting in it was miserable. It definitely needs to be replaced. On the positive side the condo was clean and comfortable,except for the chair

Not as expected

The unit was clean. There was ongoing construction on the property that we were not made aware of, thus there was a lot of noise and dust. The workers said that they were under deadline to complete by 12.31, I later learned this was due to funding running out. There was also considerable noise from the occupants on the condo above us i.e. chair dragging, bouncing on furniture, heavy walking etc. There was no washer/dryer available as advertised this was another inconvenience. There were only 2 bath towels supplied, should have been more. Interior of complex was nice plenty of room to walk our dog, however other pet owners did not clean up after their pets so had to be aware of dog feces in the grass area. Overall I don't think I would stay here again.
