Parkera precis vid din ytterdörr och ingen väntar på hissar på detta familjevänliga komplex. Sugar Beach condos är beachside så ingen korsning Thomas kör för att njuta av socker vita sandar. Detta är en bottenvåningenhet med en frodig gräsmatta precis utanför för att njuta av spel. Du kan koppla av här och sitta på din uteplats med utsikt över sötvattensdammen. Foder ängarna och Koi-fisken eller promenera längs den korta vägen till stranden och njut av den vackert anlagda innergården. Sugar Beach är en låghusfastighet som har tennisbanor, en pool, grillplats och ett underbart klubbhus med bordtennisbord och kök / mötesområde.

Husdjur under 30 pund är förhandlingsbara. Vänligen maila om husdjur innan du bokar.

Great location. Just across the complex to a beautiful beach 3 or 4 restaurants, coffe shop and hand rolled ice cream right across the street the complex has several nice area’s for Tennis, corn hole , bbq , pool and clubhouse. Minutes drive to pier park , zoo and anywhere else you may want to go Clean and comfortable

Spring Break Vacay

Kim's condo made a wonderful home for my crew during Spring Break. Communication with her was great. The home was clean and had all the necessary items. We enjoyed cooking breakfast, then walking out to the beach to enjoy the beautiful blue water and white sand.. The complex was safe and secure and has pickleball, tennis and shuffleboard courts which helped keep my crew entertained. There was plenty other entertainment and food nearby, even within walking distance. I would definitely stay again!

This was a great place.

This was by far the easiest vacation we have had. From parking right outside our door to checking in. The property was very nice. The owner was very good at communicating with us . We would definitely stay here again.

There was some upgrades and maintenance going on but the property owner did let us know in advance. The location is great. We walked almost everywhere we needed to go and the access to the water was just steps away. Would love to stay again.

Memorial day weekend

Our stay could not have been better. Weather was perfect. Our condo was great. Kim had told us about the construction, but it was no problem at all. Couldn't tell there was any going on. The condo was clean, well maintained and just what we needed. I would highly recommend it.

Great, small community

My mom, my husband, and I loved our stay here. Our unit was very spacious for the three of us. We loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. We had everything we needed: kitchen utensils, extra bedding, hair dryer, vacuum, broom, towels.etc. The check in/check out process was very easy. Kim answered all of our questions very quickly and was very helpful. Thank you for a great vacation!

Clean & roomy

This is a very clean spacious condo. My daughter & I stayed in September and it was very relaxing. The bedrooms are big however the mattress in the front bedroom off the parking lot needs to be replaced IMO. It is creaky and sags to the middle. The other mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen is not well lighted. There was a stick up light above the sink but the batteries were dead. Overall we a great time and would stay here again. Also Kim the owner was easy to communicate with.

Location is nice and quiet, condo is a nice condo but the cleaning service lacked. The bathroom had a shower cap from the previous people. The coffee pot was full of coffee and the coffee grounds were still in the coffee maker. Kim did have the cleaner come to the condo, the shower cap was not removed (on top of the shower Rod) and coffee pot was still full. Checking in was a struggle we never received our check in process. Didn’t have the gate code to get in and didn’t have the passcode to get inside the condo. Called several times and sent messages. My friend whose name was not on the condo finally made contact, Kim maintained contact with her the entire weekend. Overall the trip was fun and the location was nice just a few hiccups that made the trip stressful at times.

The unit was so cute and well equipped with everything we needed. We had 2 small dogs with us, and the area outside the unit was perfect for them. There was a nice area to be able to take them for a short walk. Good restaurants around us, and the dog friendly beach was not far away.

Location was nice. Able to park right at the back door. Patio door overlooked the pond. We had a pretty white heron to watch. Host was very communicative. Kitchen was stocked. Plenty of utensils, dining ware, cookware, blender and microwave. Short walk to the beach. Clubhouse was very nice. Kitchen, tables and chairs, ping pong, big screen tv. Grills outside.

Pond heron, some days there was a brown and black one.

The location was great, easy to walk to almost everything. You can even walk to the grocery store if you don't mind a couple miles round trip but it is an easy walk. The w all to the beach is also very easy and short. The complex is very clean and well kept. Everyone at the complex was very friendly. Did have to figure out how to set the hold temp on the smart thermostate to keep the temp from changing during our stay but other than that we had no issues.

We had a lovely stay at Kim’s property. From making the reservation to check out she was a delight to work with. She answered any and all questions we had. Unit is clean and very comfortable. The walk to the beach takes about 2 minutes. The added bonus of beach lounge chairs and umbrella being provided was so nice. Will be back!

Kimberly was a wonderful host! Easy to follow instructions. Answered all my questions quickly and then was hands off. Perfection!The location was great. There's a lot going on outside the complex, but once insde the interior of the Sugar Beach complex you experience quiet serenity. The beach was gorgeous and the included chairs and umbrella were so appreciated. The ponds look dismal from the sky shots in the listing but in person they are beautiful and relaxing. My kids loved the turtles, fish, cranes. Ping pong, drinks, and snacks in the clubhouse were great. Pool was clean. We loved the deep end. The unit itself was a little rough around the edges but so worth it for such great beach access. Showers worked great, comfy beds (king on the softer side, queen more medium). Pullout was fine for a young kid but thin mattress. Dog friendly was awesome. 4 showers at the beach exit. Tons of space on the beach and even with two bigger hotels next store still felt spacious. We're snorkeling junkies so St. Andrews park was incredible!!! Best beach snorkeling we've experienced yet. Thousands of colorful fish. Crabs, one sting ray (don't worry!), my kids saw a manatee!

Perfect for us

Worked perfect for our small getaway. Easy access to the beach. Almost everything you need is included from dishes, towels to beach chairs. Great communication and value.

I grew up coming to the beautiful beaches of Panama City Beach, Fl. I have so many precious memories with my family biking through St. Andrews State Park, fishing off the pier and jetties, watching the boats come in at Captain Anderson's and of course just enjoying the beach. I remember when Sugar Beach was built and feel so lucky to have a second home here. We bought here in 2016 hoping to make more wonderful memories with friends and family. We hope to share our love of Panama City with you!
