Just like home

This property was perfect in every single way! Communicating with the owners, cleanliness, views. We were comfortable from the minute we walked through the doors. Felt just like home. Can’t wait to go back!!

Great place with a nice view. Very clean. The property managers were very nice.

We loved it there. It was close to the marina where we kept our boat and not to far from Marco Island. The condo was very nice and we loved the view. We also used the pool there often and enjoyed that after a hot day on our boat.

Beautiful unit!

We really enjoyed staying here. The unit is beautiful and has everything you need. We spent many evenings on the screened in back deck overlooking the water. It is in walking distance to a few wonderful restaurants and a fresh seafood market.

Perfect getaway

The condo was very clean and owners were very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for quiet evenings but close enough to marco restaurants and beaches. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful condo

This condo is beautiful and the porch overlooking the water is gorgeous. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the marina where I keep my boat and not far from Goodland restaurants. The owners were wonderful and accommodating. I will certainly book here again

Beautiful Place

So many positive attributes to mention about this home. First, the owners were very accommodating and helpful. We arrived early and the owners were able to get us situated and settled. The house itself is nicely designed, with comfortable beds, furniture and very clean. The kitchen is spacious, updated and well furnished. Our favorite room was the deck overlooking the water. Watching the sunrise, seeing manatees, dolphins and numerous birds made for a relaxing way to start and end the day. Then the location. Walking distance to all of Goodland’s restaurants and parks. A short drive to the beaches and restaurants of Marco Island or to the numerous trails in the area. It made for a very enjoyable two weeks.

Exceeded Expectations!

This was our first time renting in Florida. We fell in love with this property from the online photos. Remarkably, it was even more beautiful in person. The unit is spacious, beautifully designed, and contained EVERYTHING we needed. We enjoyed many mornings with coffee and evenings with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular view of the marina from our lanai. The location was perfect for our trip – it’s a 10 minute drive to Marco Island for shopping and restaurants, and there is a fantastic fish store, Kirk’s Fish Market, that is within walking distance of the property! Our hosts Mary and Steve could not have been more accommodating. The few requests we had were handled promptly and efficiently. We highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for a lovely getaway!

Gorgeous Unit!!

I have been vacationing on Marco Island for forty years, but have never rented out this way. We spent our mornings watching the breathtaking sunrise views, our days on Marco Island, our evenings in Naples, and we loved returning to the privacy (and quiet!) of this completely renovated unit. It is an ideal location for whatever your travel plans may entail. The photos on this listing do not do the unit justice. Everything is brand new, spotless, comfortable, convenient, and welcoming! The owners met us upon arrival, and were available and kind throughout our stay. We hope to return to this unit on a future stay!
