Clean and comfortable condo located on south Marco beach. Staff was friendly and the rental management top notch. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly consider the unit for a future visit.

Condo was beautiful and very clean on arrival. It had everything we needed for our stay, and we loved the view from the balcony. They had a full closet of all the things we needed for the beach. We will definitely stay again if we come back to the Marco island area in the future.

Another great stay.

We once again enjoyed our time on Marco Island at the Apollo 409.There were a couple gliches that were quickly remedied.The only downside is the beach umbrella, which needs a new pole as the current one is rusted out at the bottom, and no auger; so we could not use it.Other than that, we had another great time.

The location is great with easy access to beach and many walkable restaurants. The king bed very comfy and overall great stay.

Nice place to visit

Did a lot of research in the area and this property was very nice and a good value considering the options. It was clean and had enough of everything that I wanted or needed. The balcony was spacious enough for 2 lounge chairs as well as a small table and 2 chairs.

We loved our stay here and being right on the beach! The view was great! The building is very safe, you have to use a key at every entry point and elevator. There was work going on at the building but it did not bother us as we were down at the beach mostly.

Overall, we loved our stay and will be back. Unit was clean, communication was good. Location was exactly why we booked this place and it was worth it in the end. Things we didn’t care for- you have to pick up and drop off your keys to the unit at a separate location. Check out time is actually when you have to have the keys dropped off, not actually check out. There was also a lot of construction going on, many mornings we heard banging just above our unit. You only get 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person for the duration of your stay. I do think they could be more generous with linens. Even with all of that, we would stay here again! Beautiful unit.

The owner was really nice and very helpful. The only problem we had was 9n the last evening we were there, the front desk asked us to turn in our parking passes instead of turning them in the morning. We fwlt we had to stay on the property to make sure we could get out the next morning.

Great beachfront vacation

Photos accurately depict this cozy condo right on the beach; private balcony furniture was perfect for lounging or eating, kitchen well equipped for eating in, several nearby dining options even waterfront; property is clean and well monitored; beach chairs, cooler and umbrella much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!
