Brand new Construction Single family home with Bay View from multiple levels with breathtaking Sunset views. Located on the bay side of Seaside Heights with easy access to the Bridge. Minutes to both north and south bay fronts with easy access to water sports, boat rentals, fishing and all recreational activities including Jet Skis and Wave Runners. Easy access to all Seaside height attractions such as waterpark, family golf and Go-karts. Only eight minutes to the Boardwalk and the beach. Summer weekly rentals will include parking season pass for one car closer to the beach as well as Five (5) adult beach passes.

Spacious rooms, well-furnished interiors with King Bed in master suite, Queen beds in two other rooms and 3-person bunk-bed in kid’s room. One Bed room in 2nd floor and the house can easily accommodate two families. Equipped with brand new washer and dryer. Fully functional kitchen with brand new appliances, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. 65-inch smart TV in the living room , smart TV in master bedroom, cable and 300Mpbs WiFi. Central AC with 2-Zones and ceiling fans in all bed rooms.

The outdoor space includes two decks, 1 from the living room and other from the master bed room with the view of the bay and sunset. The backyard covered patio is fully fenced with a gas grill and private outdoor shower. Property has two parking spots and ample free parking across the street in the township lot. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler also provided in the house.

Spacious & clean house .

The house was extremely clean. The decor and furniture looked new and updated. The host was extremely attentive and answered any questions very quickly. She was very eager to please and make sure everything was in order for us.. We would definitely stay here again. It is a great family home, and if I had to pick one thing on a wish list, the addition of a crib would be wonderful.

This property is very nice and extremely clean on our arrival. The beds were all very comfortable and the bath rooms modern and working well. Greatest was the endless hot water with five of us never lost hot water. We would definitely return. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice Property

Bigger than the pictures show. Very clean property. We had no issues and owner was very communicative. Would definitely stay again. It was very cold so we couldn't enjoy the outside but ample outdoor space. 4 block walk to the beach and boardwalk

Love the location and house.

The house is clean, well maintained and cozy. Highly recommend. Except for the motorcycle event across the street for that Friday night and Saturday, the location is far from the crowds.

Modern, new and spotless

Pro's: Spotless! We walked in and thought we were the first to rent this new build. Easy walk to beach. Easy walk to bay side. Linens provided by host. Beds new and super comfortable. Fully functional kitchen. High end washer and dryer. Spacious open concept modern dining/ living area. Big screen TV'S. Great communication with host. Host replies to questions immediately. Con's: Bunk bedroom really only sleeps two. One up one down.. Unless you have very small children or a couple that can share the bottom bunk. We have three teen large boys but the couch is super comfy so one of the boys took the couch and it worked out. This is why I took off one star here. The deck views, master and porch looking towards bay, although comfortable to sit did not live up to expectations. This is why I took off one star here. Overall we loved the cleanliness, comfort modern house with absolutely nothing broken or inefficient! Super host!

Even better than the pictures…

Upon entering the house, everything was extremely clean. We’ve been renting on the shore for 20 years, and we’ve never seen a more well kept house. The rooms are very spacious, the beds so very comfortable, and the fenced in back patio is perfect for a dog to go outside off leash. Sweta is accommodating and quick to reply. So many positives to this house. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to rent a beach house.

Literally PERFECT!

I was born and raised on the Jersey Shore but moved away years ago. Unfortunately my family and I had to return for a double funeral. Our stay here was absolutely perfect. From the space itself to the location. The kitchen had what we needed to cook and the boardwalk was just a few minutes walk away. Sweta went above and beyond for us and I will always appreciate the kindness. Whenever we decide to return for another visit, this will be the first place I look!

Like a home away from home

We rented for just a few days in the off season and I was impressed at how well appointed it was. We were very comfortable, it felt like home. I always worry about bringing kitchen items or linens when renting, but this home had everything you could want or need and the owner kept in touch in case we had questions or needed anything. The house was very clean, updated, roomy, and decorated so nicely! We would definitely stay here again.

Brand new, easy walk to boardwalk

This property is brand new, well appointed, spotless and has a great, wonderful owner. Sweta was attentive and responsive throughout our stay. Quality of furnishings, amount of space, walking distance to boardwalk was completely worth any trade off to some who may prefer to be right next to the beach. I have no doubt this awesome home will book very quickly this spring and summer season!
