Känn dig helt hemma i detta vackert dekorerade strandhus med 4 sovrum i norra delen av staden. Huset ligger bara 10 från stranden och strandpromenaden och på gångavstånd till piren, vattenparken, butiker och restauranger. Med en sluten veranda, öppen planlösning och 4 sovrum finns det gott om utrymme för hela familjen. Men varför vara inne när du kan vara ute på det enorma 20x30 däck! Detta nya trexdäck är som att ha ett annat hus utanför med grill, matbord och stolar, soffa, soffbord och solstolar. Det finns också en utomhusdusch för att komma in från stranden. Huset har 2 enkelsängar, 2 fulla och 1 drottning. Den har luftkonditionering, wifi, 2 TV, ett fullt utrustat kök och tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Platsen är perfekt för familjer med barn. Det är så nära stranden att du enkelt kan gå fram och tillbaka under dagen. Brygga, åkattraktioner och vattenpark ligger bara 4 kvarter bort. Det finns gratis filmer på stranden söndagar och tisdagar precis vid vårt strandblock. Fyrverkerier är onsdagskvällar och det finns många gratis konserter och familjeaktiviteter hela sommaren. När du anländer behöver du inte köra igen förrän du lämnar!

Excellent location, easy walk to beach

This location was awesome. Just a few blocks away from the boardwalk. The owner was great and the place was perfect for what our two families needed.

We booked this property last minute, and it worked out perfectly! House was clean & cute, with great, quiet location at the north end of the boardwalk. Minute walk to the beach, and Trisha was super accommodating. Thank you for a memorable family weekend!

Cozy cottage

We throughly enjoyed our week at Trisha’s cozy cottage. It was the perfect location! It’s close to the beach and boardwalk, was a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to many stores. The home has a great deck for hosting a bbq with friends and quiet enough if you just want to relax alone. Trisha was great, answered a few questions we had right away, she also lives close by if any issues arise. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The best value on the beach with a superior patio/deck

Just like the previous posts - all the necessary utilities and comforts of home with a grand patio/deck. Trisha makes you feel welcome and really cares about enjoying your stay. The location could not be better - only a couple blocks away from the main pier activities and only one block from the beach. I had 8 family members staying and entertained 5 more for dinners and games on the deck. So cool!!!

Trish , the homeowner was very easy to get in touch with and very accommodating

Bedrooms were very small. The beds were against the wall so made it difficult to get in and out if more then one person .. The house was clean. The deck was large and new .. Nice front porch . Could use updates

Absolutely Perfect

Trish the property owner was an awesome host. Responded to communication quickly. And was so helpful with things that didn't even involve her property. The house is so cute and quaint. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And we loved breakfast on the deck every morning. I will definitely be back. It was everything our family needed for a vacation. And we parked the car and walked everywhere we needed to because it was so close to the beach, the rides, food etc.

Great property, great host!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The host was very kind, the property had enough spaces for the kids to be able to play while the adults relaxed. We do recommend bringing a couple extra fans, but we absolutely loved it and can't wait to stay again.

Last Summer Vaca

We wanted to take our grandkids to the beach before they had to return back to school. At first we were thinking of going to Wildwood, then I said NO Seaside Heights would be safer. With 3 preteens and a youngster this House was the best choice. The one block walk to the beach was perfect. The neighbors were nice as well. The house was clean. Just a little fixer upper should be done for the price. I will totally be staying again

Perfect NJ beach getaway

Great beach house

This cute, small house was perfect for a beach stay. An open plan has living room, dining area, and kitchen as the main part of the house. The bedrooms are small, but the front porch room and the large open-air back deck gave us plenty of room to spread out. And the location was ideal -- less than a block to the beach and boardwalk. Trisha was friendly and responsive, and helped us get beach passes and parking permits.

Really great location

We loved our stay. The property is close enough to the boardwalk and other attractions but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. The back deck was really nice and comfortable. Property owner was VERY responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Perfect shore house!

This place is fantastic! Super cute and beachy with a beautiful deck to stretch out. Literally 1.5 min walk to the start of the boardwalk and the beach. And only a few doors down to a super fun pirate bar called Hooks (no noise issues from it). Our kids had a blast at the beach (the boogie boarding waves were perfect) and on the boardwalk going on rides and the waterpark and the stroll to get there was easy. Then while the kids went to bed with grandma, mom and dad got to go out and enjoy the live music on the beach and have a fun date night on the boardwalk (FINALLY! Haha). Thanks for the wonderful stay! We can’t wait to come back :)

Great weekend

The house was just what our group was looking for--close to the beach, with a great deck for nighttime dinners. Trisha was incredibly helpful with logistics and parking and we all had a great time.

Great location!

Cute place and great location! Myself and five others stayed here and it was the perfect size. We enjoyed how close it was to the beach and the surrounding area. It’s worth noting that the description fails to mention how much of your own supplies you need to bring. This would be fine for a driving trip but some things are difficult to pack for an airplane ride. Although it was fine, it would’ve been nice to know before booking the property. We also noticed upon arriving that there were ants in the kitchen and that was something we had to deal with throughout our entire stay. The rest of the house was clean and it looks like the bathroom has recently been updated. Overall, we had a great time here. The deck in the back was perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning and overall the house felt very safe and welcoming.

Cute cottage so close to the beach!

The Coastal Chic House is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The owner is very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. She helped us get a last minute parking pass as well as discounted beach passes. The best part of the house is the proximity to so many activities; the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and the grocery store. The outdoor deck is also perfect for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the shore. Visitors do need to bring their own sheets and towels.

Very comfortable home in perfect location!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this close to the beach and well appointed home. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook dinners- lots of large pots- the deck is absolutely gorgeous- very spacious with the right sunset time exposure! The owner is also a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this house!

I spent Memorial Day weekend with friends and their sons. This house was a perfect location to the beach! A perfect space to enjoy the sun on a spacious new deck with a barbecue!
