good spot to crash while visiting family

Communication and location was great! good spot to crash at in evening. yard was great for pets! i saw some reviews about ants, yes, but this is florida. no, nothing fancy, standard bed. would recommend bringing extra pillows. definitely would stay again!

Decent spot

Location was good. Definitely a landlord special type spot. Very cheaply remodeled and the AC hardly ran at all while we were there, making it very hot with no way to adjust it. Otherwise it was decent and fairly clean. Except when I went to throw the trash away and a huge swarm of flies flew out of the outdoor trash can that seemed like it hadn’t been picked up in quite some time.

Your not alone

First of all the bed was not comfortable, we found out it was broken and had a brick holding it up. We found large roaches and ants everywhere. The people next to us made so much noise they woke us up, kids were loud. We thought we were alone but we weren’t.

Very disappointed.

There was a pile of cement pavers and other debris and no outside light. There was absolutely no hot water in kitchen and bathroom sinks. The noise level upstairs was off the chart. 4 night we left and rented a room somewhere else. One day we came back and there were 3 women outside smoking a blunt. I feel we should be reimbursed at least for the nights we couldn't stay there because of noise. I understand somethings happen but this experience was awful.

Weekend Getaway

We ended up not staying at the property. Check in was 4PM, we did enter the property at 3:15PM. Previous to our trip I had asked if we could check in early but the owner never responded. After entering the property, I was concerned over several issues and decided that I did not feel comfortable staying here with myself and my 14 year old son. I notified the property owner, he was defensive and reminded me that I entered the property before 4pm (45 minutes early). I knew I would not receive a refund, but I do think with the concerns I presented I did deserve a partial refund. I think the listing should also show the outside of the building.
