Detta tomma bo har en egen ingång, ett lugnt sovrum och ett separat rum för att sitta, äta eller bara umgås. Den mysiga två-rums söta sviten ligger nära centrum och University Town Center och prisbelönta stränder. Vi har en pool och avskärmad däck att njuta av. Sviten har också ett litet pentry med minikyl och mikrovågsugn för din nöje. Vårt lugna och pittoreska stadsdel ligger i hjärtat av det gamla Pinecraft-området i Sarasota.

Close to everything

Nice cozy place perfect for 2. We stayed 1 night. Close to all and Just a short drive to lido beach. Clean and Rachel was a great host.

An OK Stay

Rachel was responsive and easy to get hold of, when I discovered there were no hangers in the closet she brought some over promptly. I did have to get a new coffee maker, the one in the unit was pretty crusty and needed cleaning, and since there's no kitchen sink or any method to clean it I just picked one up at Target. The bed was comfy but a little thin, could use a new one. Heating and AC worked fine. The place is a little hard to find, but use your GPS and you'll get there.

Amazing cozy stay in Sarasota

Highly recommend booking a stay here! Super cute and very thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Easy access to the bike path is also a huge plus, perfect to go on a run or get into town without worrying about parking.

Exactly as described

We attended a wedding at the a high end hotel, just 15 minutes away, but didn’t want to pay the high price for a room there. We found this Airbnb, and it was the perfect choice for our needs. The space was cozy and well-equipped with snacks, drinks, and reliable Wi-Fi. It offered everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great option for a quick trip!

Perfect for a quick stay

Overall I was satisfied with the accommodations. The hosts were very attentive and responded quickly to any inquiries. We were only in town one night and it met our needs for a short stay. There were a couple things I’d suggest to help improve the listing. The listing said there was a chair that converts to a bed. There was not. The host did notify me before arrival, so we weren’t surprised. But the listing should be updated for clarity. You are staying on property with your host. We knew this going in so no surprise but the walls seemed very thin. We could hear the hosts conversation like they were in the same room. That was a little weird for us as we didn’t really feel as though we could talk freely. A little more attention to detail on cleaning would be helpful. I wouldn’t say it was overly dirty but there were a couple things like the ceiling fans that were visibly dirty and could have used a wipe down. I would use this space again as the hosts seemed kind and attentive and so most of these comments are just to help improve the listing.

Our stay in Sarasota

I have never rented a VRBO before and I just randomly picked this place knowing nothing about Sarasota. We came here just to meet up with our cousin who we hadn’t seen in 50 years. This place was perfect so sweet very quiet lovely little yard perfect size we couldn’t have wanted much more. We felt very safe and comfortable here.

Great for a short stay

This is a great place to stay if you're planning to be out and about most of the time you're there. The kitchenette provided what we needed when we were there in the evening and early morning before heading out. The place is comfortable, and the bed is better than many places I've stayed. If you need a reasonably priced place to stay and don't plan to cook, I recommend staying here!

Quiet and Relaxing

I needed to be at HCA Doctors Hospital @5:30 am for surgery, and this was the perfect spot to stay the night before. It was quiet and relaxing. The reason for 4 for cleanliness of property was for the outdoor screened area needing attention. It needed a good spring cleaning. Inside was very tidy.

I am a mom of three wonderful children! My two sons live in Asheville, NC. My daughter, recently left for college. Now that we are officially an Empty Nesters, I am renting out my private suite!
I work full time as Operations Manager of a large downtown church, in Sarasota. I have worked there for 17 years! I also have a sweet yorkie named Ollie. I am also a judge for Odyssey of the Mind, a creative problem solving competition for kids, for the regional, state, and world levels. While being an empty nester frees up some of my time, I definitely don't have a hard time staying busy!

I was born and raised in Buffalo, NY and still have family there so I enjoy trips there and love to stay in other BNB's.

My husband is retired but teachers drivers ed for local high schools.

We hope that you will get time to explore the Sarasota area and especially the exciting downtown nightlife.
