Great family vacation

Everything was just as advertised in the Villa information.The kids enjoyed the pool especially at night with the coloured lights. Our host Angie was very helpful with any of our questions. We would certainly stay here again

The property manager is excellent however the pool enclosure was missing 3 panels due to hurricane, the kids swam in the bug infested pool until the 4th day when it was repaired. The house needs some updates but it is in an excellent location

Loved our Stay—Very Comfortable Home

Thank you for a lovely stay in Cape Coral. The home was exactly as pictured and described and was so comfortable for our family. The pool and hot tub were such a hit and the home was nicely furnished and stocked with good kitchen supplies. Would definitely consider re-visiting.

Another great stay.

Enjoyed this beautiful house again. Clean home and pool. We spent most of our time using the pool area. Owner added a new outdoor dining set which we loved. The owner is very responsive.

Fabulous Vacation

The house was amazing and Angie the owner was so wonderful to deal with. My dream vacation came true. Had both of our children and grandchildren vacation together with us for a week. Would definitely recommend this home. The pool was the best. Thank You Angie.

Great place!

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Plenty of room for our party of 10. House is all on one level which worked for handicap accessibility but does not have grab bars in bathroom. Our only negative was the drive time to beach due to the traffic! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time on our annual family vacation at your home. We brought my son in law boat and parked at the dock and was available to us at all time. My grandson fished from the dock and had a blast. We had a private chef come in and make a wonderful anniversary dinner for all of us and my husband and I and what a treat. This was a vacation we will all cherish and your home made it possible.

Great house on the canal

We had a group of 10 come visit Florida and this house did not disappoint! It was comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed to cook with. The house was exactly as the pictures described. Jeff was very responsive and nice! Everything was in working order. Would definitely recommend this house!

Big house for family with beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.

Communication with property manager Angie was wonderful, she responded quickly with any question or concern. The house has a lot of towels for both pool and bath. Pool was warm and lots of seating outside. Lots of good pots and pans, that is a plus for me as not all homes do. Great Location lots of shopping and stores near by. Beds were comfortable. View on the quiet canal was breathtaking and peaceful. Quiet neighborhood.. It was a great experience for our family and would recommend this property to other families.

40th Birthday celebration!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us (it made us want to buy one) . We so appreciated getting to check in early as everyone had arrived the night before. We had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Couldn't keep the kids out of the pool and even tried a little fishing off the dock. The location was great and made it easy to get to many adventures. Thank you again. Happy New Year!

Perfection.

Jeff is amazing to work with and responds to emails in a matter of minutes; no waiting around for hours or days for a reply. The house is just beautiful, warm, and welcoming. Very kid and adult friendly. Everything you need is at this house. And the house manager was great. Answered calls right away. Nice quiet area. No traffic. Saw dolphins in the canal. Kids loved the pool.

This property was first class all the way.

This rental worked great for our bi-annual family vacation. My two daughters and their families along with my sister-in-law and her son all had a comfortable place to sleep and big open areas to get together. The kitchen and pool became the central gathering area for meals, recreation and a lot of talk. We even had my wife’s sister’s family over for a evening where the 10adults caught up on what was going on in each other’s lives while the 5 kids played in the pool. The owner and property manager were very responsive to our needs as they arose. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Florida.

Great outdoor space-comfortable beds

This is a beautiful property in a nice residential neighborhood. Lots of comfortable sleeping space and everything you will need. Truly the highlight is the outdoor space!! Heated pool, seating enough for everyone and a pool bath too, and all on a quiet canal. Amazing owner who was helpful and available ta answer all my questions. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation.

Gorgeous, spotless and well equipped vacation home. We had the best experience. Will be back!

Home was located centrally to all we needed. Entire family had a great time. Spent most of it in the pool and fishing off the dock. Quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Less than 10 minutes from stores and dining. Property manager was responsive to all of our questions.
