The master bedroom offers a king-size bed with access to pool lanai and has a mounted Smart TV. The En suite master bath features dual vanities, walk in shower and large closet.
Inside the main part of the property are two guest bedrooms, a comfy queen in the first room and 2 twins in the second bedroom. The guest bath is just down the hall from these rooms and features tub/shower combo.
The open concept kitchen is great for entertaining with bar seating, a fully stocked kitchen and stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy your family and friends in the spacious living area featuring a large flat screen Smart TV.

Step outside onto your own private pool deck. Enjoy the Florida sunshine while relaxing in the solar heated pool or kicking back on the lounge chairs. Enjoy your meals or drinks in the outside dining area with seating for 6.

Just off the pool deck you can find 2 separate guest suites. The first suite has a queen bed, Smart TV and features its own private bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd guest suite also offers a queen bed, Smart TV and attached bath with walk in shower.

*This is a solar heated pool, and it is heated by the sun and not by an electric heater. Solar heated pools will only get warm during the day when the sun is out and may not reach high temperatures in the winter months.

- BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.

- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.

- All guests must be disclosed at time of booking, no unauthorized guests that are not on original booking.
The property rates include up to 6 guests. Each additional guest is $15/night plus tax. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.
