Sawgrass Serenity - Waterfront Poolside Condo

This Condo is surrounded by the best activities Florida has to offer! Scalloping in the summer (in season), Swimming with the manatees in the winter, canoeing, kayaking, exploring the local springs, bicycling, bird watching or just relaxing at the pool. These intimate condo’s are built on stilts and are connected by boardwalks. From the condo’s backyard deck you will experience unobstructed views of marsh and estuaries, and in the front of the condo you are just steps away from the condo’s newly renovated pool.

The Condo is situated on a canal between Salt River and Crystal River.
Take a left out of our Canal and be on the Gulf of Mexico in 2 miles or take a right and in 2 miles be in the Manatee Capital of the World, Kings, Bay.

The Condo comes fully furnished with a washer/dryer, high speed internet and cable TV. Sleeps Two guests upstairs with a comfortable king-sized bed and 2 guests on the pullout sofa!

Bring your boat, the Dock accommodates boats up to 24 feet in length. Boat trailer parking also available on site.

Cozy

Perfect Crystal River vacation for two. The condo was cozy and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoy coming to Crystal River in the summer and we will definitely stay again.

Crystal River

Excellent location for a weekend getaway. Home was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed for our stay. Neighbors were friendly and ended up being impromptu tour guides to help us enjoy our time there even more.

Short Visit

Love the area of Crystal River. The condo was very charming and had everything we needed. Loved sitting out on the back deck overlooking the marsh. Will definitely go back!

Sawgrass Landing Crystal River FL

Condominium property. Each unit separately owned. nice clean unit but needs a little maintenance. Supplies on the included list had to be requested from the owner. We had to shop for our own while waiting for delivery. Property is very nice in a beautiful location.

The accommodations met our needs

This condo needs some TLC! The window blinds had many missing slats & did not allow them to be closed. It could use a fresh coat of paint. Ice maker did not work. The owner was very helpful when contacted concerning burned out lightbulbs & sheets/towels left in the dryer.

Thanksgiving Getaway🦃🦃

We decided to do something different for Thanksgiving and it was very last minute! Tom was the best host! He answered all my questions and we arrived sooner than expected, but it wasn’t a problem at all! Our condo was absolutely perfect for the 2 of us♥️ We saw the Manatee and visited Fort Beach every day, the sunset was AMAZING 😍😍 Lots of cute little shops and excellent restaurants! We will be back♥️

Great place to stay

This place has all the amenities for a great stay. Pool, grill, full kitchen, internet, etc. Very comfortable bed, and the location is amazing. The view from our back porch made our sunrises a very nice experience each day. Leave some dinner scraps out for Mr. Racoon. I would stay again.

Private Boating Adventure

Being at the River halfway point, we were 15 mins from the Gulf and 15 mins from the Springs and swimming with the manatees. Location was quiet, private and friendly neighbors. Pool was clean and Tony helpful and informative about local surroundings.

A relaxing get-away

We had a restful time at the Crystal River condo. The property was just as advertised and perfect for two people. Everything we needed was provided and the king sized bed was very comfortable. Tom, the host was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very helpful. The pool area was well maintained and relaxing. There is a great park close by where one could launch their boat.

Great condo!

Everything about this place was great! I was here on a solo fishing trip and the unit and condo had more than I needed. Trailer parking, dock space, luggage carts, & more. It is a short (1/2 mile) walk to/from the ramp. At the lowest tide on my stay the water was 1.5' and no problem getting in and out. The location allows for a shorter ride out to the gulf than anywhere else. Shrimp Landing is 1/2 mile west and has great seafood baskets. Saw some fish, a small alligator and a couple of manatee swimming by the dock over the course of my stay. Tom was great, very helpful & communicative and has the unit well stocked with everything you need. He even sent a map showing the best way to boat in from the ramp. I'll definitely be back!

Quiet, beautiful and relaxing

We started talking about coming back by our 2nd day here. The condo is adorable and had everything we needed. My husband loves to cook and grill and the unit was well stocked for his culinary enjoyment. We also enjoyed the pool. Well maintained. Friendly community of people and very close to a park with a fishing pier and a great marina. Lots to explore in the area. We really loved it!

Return to Crystal River

I was on short assignment in Crystal River in 1991 and longed to return because of the beauty of the area and to see manatees. The condo we rented was perfect and within short driving distance to the river, beach and shopping. All appliances were in working order, including water pressure when showering and free parking. We swam with the manatees in Fun2Dive with Manatees and enjoyed discovering Crystal River all over again. We will consider this condo again on future visits.

Nice location off beaten path

The condo-type property was situated in an area similar to a swamp. Looking out from it revealed palm trees amongst dense vegetation. We expected more of a waterway judging from photo on VRBO. This is an older, not updated unit with corners and edges of ceiling full of dust, cobwebs and dead bugs. The vertical drapes were broken with parts missing. It just did not feel cared for. However, the appliances were nice, kitchen with adequate utensils, 2 bathrooms clean. Bedroom was in loft which was accessed via narrow spiral staircase. Comfortable bed.

Short Stay

We stayed 3 nights and were quite comfortable. The place was clean but could use a little maintenance. Overall okay for a short visit. Property manager communication was good. Restaurants and shopping were a little ways out and neighborhood was friendly, and we enjoyed our visit.

Warm respite

We found this for a last minute trip to somewhere warm. Booking and arrival were super easy and it was perfect for two. It could use a pan or kettle in the kitchen and more lighting for evening. Overall it was a fun place to spend a week with the manatees.

Cozy spot perfect for us

The place was very nice and comfortable, and so close to all the activities we enjoy. It is very quiet in this complex and the neighbors were very friendly. We were here for a month and were completely satisfied with our stay.

Great little cabin!

Cute place! Really good for the introverts who are just there to see the sea cows. Only things I'd advise on is I saw a few Spiders (it's florida) and the road to get there can be kind of scary to drive down at night because it is so dark.
