Beautiful Indian Lake with canal leading to Crystal River and the Ocean.

This 3 bedroom house with terrazzo floors has a wonderful view of Indian Lake from the living room and dining room/sunroom with 2 sets of glass sliding doors. Separated bathrooms make it perfect for early risers to sit and have their first cup of coffee while everyone else sleeps. Wooden Dock for fishing and docking your boat. All the conveniences of home are provided. Boat ramp (required to pay a fee) 100 yards away. My backyard is a breeding area for Manatee's so we ask that you are careful with the speed of boats.

Beautiful view

Had a wonderful time in Crystal river. Property was well maintained and had everything we needed for a great weekend! Loved the waterfront view and the comfy sunroom. Would stay there again.

Beautiful water view

Our check in was very smooth. We enjoyed our time there. Beds were comfortable and nicely decorated with pretty comforters. We enjoyed being on the water and seeing the wildlife.

The beautiful Indian Lake property was homey, convenient and beyond expectations. June was a wonderful host. When I had a question she responded quickly. I would definitely stay again. I will refer the property to others.

Indian Lake

The house was perfect for our needs and perfectly located to nearby parks and attractions. June answered our questions immediately and was great to work with!! We would love to stay here again!

Crystal River manatee trip 2025

Our group was 3 couples returning to Crystal River for our 3rd year to kayak with the manatees. This house was an ideal location. We kayaked the canal right behind the house and then only a 5 minute car trip to Hunter Springs where we launched to visit Three Sisters Springs. We also brought our e-bikes and we were able to bike to several restaurants restaurants and spots in Crystal River.

Amazing Lake House

Our stay was amazing! As soon as you walk up to the front door the view is amazing! The check in process was easy peasy also! If their would of been an issue, they had an alternative eay to get in. (We didnt have to us!) As a Family of 5 we had ebough soace and enjoined our time with fishing, using the paddleboat, and just relaxing! I wish we had more time because their is just so much do in crystal river and we were close to everything! Definitely will be booking again next year!

Great Stay

The property is in a perfect location for us with a beautiful canal ride to the river and gulf. Great water views from the living room, Florida room, and one of the bedrooms. Mrs. June was the kindest person us and we thank you for our stay. We definitely would stay again.

Perfect river house

We had such a great time at this home. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed, down to shampoo and body wash in the shower(that we forgot). The short ride on the boat through the canal was beautiful. June was so sweet and responded very quickly. We will be back to stay!

Fantastic

The house was very clean and well stocked! We swam with the manatees, went to 3 sister springs, the beach, got ice cream, went to downtown shops and ate out at different restaurants every day. Everything was 2-5 miles away. So convenient! I highly recommend this house and the area!

Perfect view and Backyard on the water

This house had a gorgeous waterfront view of the lake. The kids loved fishing off the dock in the back! Beds were comfortable. House was fully stocked with necessities. Great location and super close to the center of town in Crystal River. Loved swimming with the manatees. Front Door was a little tricky to open but the host was super helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Perfect Location Super clean home

My first impression was it had a great location, beautiful setting and super clean home. It is an older home which was perfectly fine and comfortable. June was super responsive to questions and we had no concerns. It was just a short scenic boat ride to to Channel to head towards scalloping grounds. Dock is well maintained and the picnic benches were a plus for the evenings. I would highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing and Comfortable

We enjoyed our February month long stay on Crystal River. This is a comfortable and relaxing home with large windows to view the river. A sea otter swam by the dock along with several manatees and a dolphin. We enjoyed the evenings fishing off the dock and watching the boats. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and dishes were provided. June was a wonderful host, very helpful and responded quickly. If you're looking for a small town with plenty of good restaurants and several springs to visit this house is in a great location. Hunters Spring is 10 minutes away with lots of manatees and a beach.

Great house with everything you need and a beautiful view!

This house is exactly as described. It was simple yet comfortable. It had everything we needed to have a great week scalloping. The ride from the house to the open water was not far (normal distance from anywhere in Crystal river to get to open water). The ramp was very close which made it easy to get our boat in the water. The back yard is huge and grassy, great for kids to play. The lake is beautiful. Not a fancy house but clean and very comfortable.
