Beautiful Indian Lake with canal leading to Crystal River and the Ocean.

This 3 bedroom house with terrazzo floors has a wonderful view of Indian Lake from the living room and dining room/sunroom with 2 sets of glass sliding doors. Separated bathrooms make it perfect for early risers to sit and have their first cup of coffee while everyone else sleeps. Wooden Dock for fishing and docking your boat. All the conveniences of home are provided. Boat ramp (required to pay a fee) 100 yards away. My backyard is a breeding area for Manatee's so we ask that you are careful with the speed of boats.

Beautiful view

Had a wonderful time in Crystal river. Property was well maintained and had everything we needed for a great weekend! Loved the waterfront view and the comfy sunroom. Would stay there again.

Excellent Crystal River Location

Very clean "Florida" home, love the terrazzo floors and coral fireplace and being on the water so close to the boat ramp is a plus. Easy check in and we were very comfortable there.

Amazing Lake House

Our stay was amazing! As soon as you walk up to the front door the view is amazing! The check in process was easy peasy also! If their would of been an issue, they had an alternative eay to get in. (We didnt have to us!) As a Family of 5 we had ebough soace and enjoined our time with fishing, using the paddleboat, and just relaxing! I wish we had more time because their is just so much do in crystal river and we were close to everything! Definitely will be booking again next year!

Perfect view and Backyard on the water

This house had a gorgeous waterfront view of the lake. The kids loved fishing off the dock in the back! Beds were comfortable. House was fully stocked with necessities. Great location and super close to the center of town in Crystal River. Loved swimming with the manatees. Front Door was a little tricky to open but the host was super helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay. The house was nice. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure was great in the showers. The pier where we doctor boat was very convenient nice deep water, beautiful springs and a beautiful view.

The beautiful Indian Lake property was homey, convenient and beyond expectations. June was a wonderful host. When I had a question she responded quickly. I would definitely stay again. I will refer the property to others.

Beautiful water view

Our check in was very smooth. We enjoyed our time there. Beds were comfortable and nicely decorated with pretty comforters. We enjoyed being on the water and seeing the wildlife.

Crystal River manatee trip 2025

Our group was 3 couples returning to Crystal River for our 3rd year to kayak with the manatees. This house was an ideal location. We kayaked the canal right behind the house and then only a 5 minute car trip to Hunter Springs where we launched to visit Three Sisters Springs. We also brought our e-bikes and we were able to bike to several restaurants restaurants and spots in Crystal River.

Indian Lake

The house was perfect for our needs and perfectly located to nearby parks and attractions. June answered our questions immediately and was great to work with!! We would love to stay here again!
