Slip away and begin Making Memories at this peaceful 2-bedroom + a loft cabin tucked among the trees in the Great Smoky Mountains. Relax on the back deck as the breeze blows through the trees, sip a glass of lemonade on the front porch, and gather at the dining table for family-style meals - made in the cabin's fully equipped kitchen. On cool mountain nights, cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace while sipping cocoa and chatting.

Bedrooms offer queen-size beds, and there is 1 full-size bed for additional space. Before climbing into bed at night, throw on your swimsuit and treat yourself to a soak in the outdoor hot tub on the deck. The master suite also has an indoor jetted tub, so you can enjoy nice baths before a big day in town - which isn't too far away.

When you're not relaxing at your lovely cabin, you'll be exploring Pigeon Forge (just minutes away) and Gatlinburg. Take a hike in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, shop at the Tanger Outlets, ride the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel at The Island, play escape games, watch dinner shows, and more!

Convenient and clean

Enjoyed our stay. The main floor mattress could be replaced. Wish there had been WiFi. But overall our visit was enjoyable.

Cleanliness bust

This property was amazing and the owner was amazing. The only problem we had was the property wasnt clean. It had a bad odor of a big wet dog. The shower had hair left in it. The bed was covered in long white dog hair sheets and all. The owner tried to make things better. But not being in the area left it hard to chamge the circumstances. The area itself was quiet. It was beautiful with the pond and ducks. It was no fault of the owner. Only the cleaning crew.robes provided wete also c

Just off the beaten path

Cabin was plenty far away from neighbors. They do need to clean up the surrounding litter (bags of trash strewn about!), consider buying a bear-proof garbage bin. Other cabins on the street had them, not sure why there wasn’t one at this location. Otherwise, hot tub, fireplace were great! Only a five minute drive to the main road, but cabin at the top of a hill and a cul de sac so made us feel farther out than we were, very relaxing :)

Making Memories Cabin

The cabin online looked ok. The carpet is tore up in the upstairs bedroom. No light fixture in the Master bedroom. Stove is extremely small. Living room furniture is wore out and sinks. The mattresses on the beds were worn out. This is not really a rental property. There needs to be some updates made

Id stay again if...

It was a nice place in the right place! BUT it was not worth the money put into the place. The beds were terrible, the floor was better. There was trash all around the outside of the cabin. The hottub smelt like it was cleaned with a rotten animal so we couldn't get it in. The floor squeaked with every step. We was not told about no construction going on behind the cabin and it was crazy with waking up the kiddos every morning. But the attractions that were 1 minute away was amazing.

I’ve rented cabins for years I stay up in Pigeon Forge 2x a year. I paid over 2000.00 dollars. This cabin was so dated and run down . Don’t ever stay in Making Memories it was a nightmare. I’m from Tennessee they wouldn’t do anything for us at all . So dissatisfied the air unit wouldn’t even keep the cabin warm. I finally got a motel room and left. I’m very disappointed in how they handled this whole problem. Remember making memories cabin is a terrible idea. Never again will I stay with this company sad !!!!!!!

Disappointed for the money we paid

The location of the house was easy to find. The neighborhood was very nice. The cabin we stayed in was very out dated and did not look like the pics posted online. All of the appliances were very outdated. The refrigerator didn’t even have door handles for the refrigerator door or the freezer. The dishes still had price tags on them. Who does that!?!? The flooring was awful, there was electric tape on the carpet doorway at the top of the stairs. That was very tacky. No TV’s in the up stairs bedrooms. The mattress in the bedroom on the main floor was awful and needs replaced. The back deck was not cleaned well and the top on the hot tub was very dirty. Needless to say we did not use it. When we arrived the code supplied for the door would not work. We had to call the number within one of the updates we had gotten to call to get that resolved. We had called back later that evening for internet issue and never received a call back our entire stay. For what we paid I expected to get our monies worth!! Very, very disappointed! Will not rent from them again.

Great location and cabin

Close to attractions yet secluded and quiet. All needs met and really enjoyed this nice cabin and hot tub as well. Excellent stay!

Horrible stay

If I could get all my money back I would. The place was nothing like they said. The hot tub lid was masses up the stove is very small. There was trash all outside of the cabin on the ground when you walk out on the balcony part of the balcony is broken. The house creeks and I get it it’s an older place but they were little things that were not working properly one of the upstairs fans was not working the Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom was not running properly and the toilet downstairs refused to flush unless she did it 6 to 8 times. There’s no Internet whatsoever and the TV in the living room is a flat screen but the one in the master bedroom is from the 1980s. There is no parking at all unless you park on the street. The place smelt like mold. I was very unhappy with the whole place. I have tried to get someone to reach out to me and no one will. I have photos of how nasty the place was. I would never stay again and I wouldn’t tell someone about it.

Can’t beat the LOCATION!

HOWEVER I was disappointed in the outdated table and small tv for the price but it was somewhat comfortable.The Hot Showers and hot tub were nice! I would not rent this cabin again for the price.
