This clean and simple three-bedroom and two-bath house has new carpet and flooring. Not much extravagance here - just a clean place with new beds, mattresses and linens to get a good night's rest while staying in Lubbock. We do the cleaning ourselves. The driveway can accommodate two vehicles, and street parking is also available. Plenty of front yard and back yard space for family activities. Please be aware that, due to the Lubbock's 9% County & City Hotel Occupancy Tax not billed when instantly booking, this HOT tax is billed separately. Feel free to send an inquiry if any questions. Graduation trip

We had six adults stay here for Tech’s graduation. We had plenty of room and it was close to everything.

Felt like family!

If you genuinely want to feel comfortable and like you’re at home, this is the place! My children and I felt so comfortable here and my family complemented the house and the owner! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful, cozy home!! I’m sure you’ll see us again lol!

As Stated - Clean & Simple

We needed a last-minute VRBO for our family to stay in Lubbock due to a death in the family. Due to us needing to travel South of Lubbock, we wanted something close to Interstate 27. The house was a clean, nice house and the neighborhood was very quiet. Our Host, Carlos, was very accommodating and thoughtful. He sent a text to make sure we were able to access the house and let us know if we need anything to let him know. His hospitality was greatly appreciated! We will definitely book the house when we return to Lubbock.

Above & Beyond

The home had everything we needed and then some! Every question we had was answered with a quick response via text. They were kind enough to extend our check-out time. And they were kind to our family in a personal way. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in Lubbock!!

Perfect for families!

Carlos and Sara are wonderful hosts! Their home is lovely with everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The home is decorated beautifully, and all the furnishings and appliances were either brand new or in excellent condition! We have three boys and they loved the house too! The backyard is a great size for children to play in. The location is very close to 82nd and the loop, making it a great location! The neighborhood is very pleasant and nice! I highly recommend Carlos and Sara’s home for families!

Clean and Homey

This house was great! Carlos and Sara were so friendly and great hosts. This house was super clean and you can tell it has owner pride. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities and even extras like an electric can opener and stand mixer! The backyard was great as well. Overall, it was a very comfortable and a great place to stay. We will stay again if back in Lubbock.
