Townhome condo located on the 7th floor with a breathtaking coastal view from the living room. A spectacular view of Powell Lake / Camp Helen State Park from the master bedroom balcony. This 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo is a comfortable and cozy place to stay and relax during your beach vacation. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has an amazing gulf view with a queen-sized bed, and built-in bunk beds (outlet/usb plug-in for each bunk bed). A "pack 'n play" style crib is also available.

Come stay at our condo. It is a little slice of heaven and the best of everything. It is perfectly nestled in between the 30A and Panama City Beach. In a short drive, you can play tourist, shop at Pier Park, explore the 30A or just stay on the beach. Fun for everyone!

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Old condo on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is condo was built in 1970, and it shows. The plumbing was the first problem. The master bedroom sink never drained, even after plunging. Two of the three toilets hardly worked. Two of the elevators were out in the A building and several returning guests claimed that management promised the elevators would be fixed from last summer! The management is not available on the weekends for any questions or issues. The appliances are very old and the master bed is a box spring with a pillow top cover. The springs snap and pop when you lay in the bed. The only saving grace was access to the beach and the view.

Wonderful Weeks Stay

Its height in the tower gives us a fantastic view of the ocean and great morning sun on the balcony. The unit is very clean on check in and we try to leave it that way so owners will let us return. We also like the bedrooms upstairs since we have different sleep habits. Try it out-you will love it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We overall had a good stay! There were a few things in the condo that need updated. There was no dust pan which was extremely inconvenient, the beach equipment left was broken. The upstairs toilet would get stuck continuously running. The sink faucet would spray you. Fixing those little things would make a huge difference!

Just making suggestions: I would get a key pad instead of actual keys. They were hard to keep up with if you went to the beach. I would recommend putting a small tv in 2nd room. The light by the shower in master was really rusty. The foyer closet door was off track. Hard to shut

The condo was chic and well appointed. If we didn't want sand in our toes, there were two great pools with Gulf views. The vibe was relaxed vacay without the "touristy" feel. We will definitely go back AND refer friends!!!

Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay at Pinnacle Port. Liked the location as it is very quiet, but the guard shack needs more than one lane for people checking in. On Saturday, it was difficult to go anywhere with everyone checking in/out. Need more parking spaces also as it was hard to find a place to park at times. The condo was smaller than expected but worked fine. The cleaning crew needs to do a much better job cleaning as our condo wasn't as clean as we would have liked. There was hair on the bathroom floors and the beadboard and molding looked as if it had NEVER been dusted. The beach was nice, but then the seaweed came in as usual. Still, I would stay here again.

This condo is space efficient. Clean. Comfortable. The guest room accommodated all 3 kids comfortably. Beautiful views on main floor and living room. No trouble with check in or out. If you want an amazing deal on one of the best beaches in the world…check this one out! We have already booked again.

Love Pinnacle Port

The views from the living room and bedroom balcony are both great! This unit has all you need for your stay, even things for the beach! Pinnacle Port is such a great place to stay, this is our 3rd year in a row!
