Enjoy your stay at Pinnacle Port in this Prestige upgraded 3 bedroom/3 bath townhome, on the 7th floor. This unit features a king bed in the downstairs master/with bath, a queen bed in the upstairs master/with bath, and a twin trundle bed plus an additional twin bed in the third bedroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, with an upgraded foam mattress. The décor is open and beachy! The kitchen is well stocked for a large family.
This unit also includes a reserved, covered parking spot for your entire stay, and is visible from your downstairs balcony. In addition, a locked ground floor storage closet is available for your use. The key to the storage room is located behind the door in your unit. The storage unit is close to your parking space. It is storage unit #31. Included in the storage unit are beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, skim boards, coolers, shelling nets, crab nets, and some beach toys, buckets and shovels! Everything you need for a fun day at the beach. There is also a beach cart to haul your things to and from the beach. No more dragging your beach items up and down from your unit!

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Stayed many times- probably won’t be back

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed w/ PP probably 10 times, last visit was about 6 years prior to this one. Leading up to the stay I got numerous /texts regarding my stay, payment notifications, parking pass info etc. I never got info on how we would get into the room so I assumed we would have a key in the after hours box, after a long day of travel with 2 small kids we arrived and couldn’t get into our room. After 3 trips back to the entry gate security ended up being very nice and helpful and got us into our room after an hour. When I went to office the next day the lady at the desk was initially VERY rude, argued w me about the fact I never got the email w our room entry process only to discover the email address was added incorrectly when they changed it to the system that sends that particular email, she did get nicer at that point. The elevators were constantly broken, when they did work they were hot, slow, and overcrowded. We have already looked into other Condos for our next visit. I hate it because PP holds so many good memories and we used to really enjoy the private beach but this time there were so many people it was hard to find a spot to put our tent even going out early to set it up.

Everything you need!

The space and storage areas were nice! Everything worked well and was clean! The kitchen had all we needed for cooking every day for a large family. Everything you need for the beach is really there! That first floor storage room is a huge perk after a day at the beach when you’re tired. It also allows for so much less sand in your condo. We love this area because of the less crowded beach, family- friendly grounds and the safe feel of the whole area. You never have to leave really! You can even go to the general store, ice cream shop, spa and rent bikes at the front of the beautiful gated community! We will be back!

Overall Very Good

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most of the experience was very good. The facility was clean and comfortable with a good view of the ocean. The Pool was very nice and well maintained. Minor inconveniences were one elevator out of service and one kind of spooky. Could use a few more dish towels in the kitchen. We had a hard time getting into our condo. Had to have remote help and took about an hour.
