Beautiful 3 BR, 2 BA renovated beach house in Crescent Beach, NMB, Sleeps 8. Located in a quiet setting only 3 blocks to the ocean (5-10 min walk). Our 1600 sq. ft. home is ideal for responsible couples and families who want room to spread out while being close to the beach and everything else North Myrtle Beach has to offer. You will find a bright and open floor plan with vaulted ceiling, large updated kitchen, master bedroom on main floor, 100% Cotton linens, fast WIFI, 2 Smart TV’s, private outdoor space with pergola, outdoor shower, charcoal grill and free beach gear to use during your stay. This location just can't be beat! You are within walking distance or a short golf cart ride to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores & entertainment. Just 2 miles to Main St., 2.5 miles to Barefoot Landing & 5 miles to Tanger Outlets.

The main floor has the living room with large flat screen Smart TV, kitchen, dining and Master bedroom with a thick queen size memory foam mattress and access to the bathroom & full size washer and dryer.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. First bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress with walk-in closet and workspace. The second bedroom is large with 2 twin beds and 1 full size bed plus a new Smart TV and is an ideal setup for kids.

Outside has a private fenced-in patio w/ a large pergola, comfortable furniture and a charcoal grill. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. There are 2 parking spaces next to the house (any additional vehicles must park on the road).

We provide beach gear for your stay- umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers and a beach cart. Please bring your own beach towels.

Walk, ride a bike or rent a golf cart to get around town (we recommend using "Salty Frye's" for golf cart rentals).

Perfect Home Away From Home

Everything about this property made it the perfect home away from home. Danielle was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. The property is easily accessible to all of the local attractions but still off the beaten path. The home was beautifully decorated and well stocked with all of the necessary items to make us feel right at home. We will definitely be booking this home for future stays in the area.

Perfect location and good price!

This property served our two families just perfect. We had a family of three and a family of four, for a total of four adults and three kids. Not only was the house spacious for us all, but we appreciated the cleanliness as well. Best things about this house: - Location: Literally everything you could need is either walkable or a short driving distance. - Hosts: Communication with our host was easy and thoughtful. She was incredibly kind and responsive. They also live close by, so if something happened I would feel comfortable to have them check it out. - Price: Many beach houses are overpriced simple because “they can” and I appreciated having the option of a home like this that also allowed us the freedom to enjoy Myrtle Beach. It was a good deal. Because of these things, I would suggest renting this house to friends and family. If you do rent this house a few things to note: - Myrtle Beach does not allow cabanas and tents on the beach. Bring umbrellas or visit the town website to rent them through the city. - They have AC, ceiling fans and two extra fans upstairs (thank you!) but if you like your room super cold bring an extra.

My family absolutely loved our stay at this warmly decorated home. Kitchens, dining room/ living room were family hot spots. Not on the beach, but our bikes were just the vehicles we needed to get back and forth. House has all you will need. Excited to say we will see you next year!!!

Wonderful experience

My entire stay was amazing, the house was beautiful and in a great location. The owners provided beach chairs and much more, I would rent this house again with no hesitation we really enjoyed it here.

Great house in perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. House was immaculate and came with everything we needed. Even had beach cart, umbrella, and chairs. Easy walk to beach. We took some longer walks to local restaurants so perfect location. The house had plenty of room for our family of 4 (easily had space for a few more). Communication with host was smooth and timely. Would definitely recommend this place for a quiet beach vacation.

We have both traveled quite a bit (I backpacked around the world and Stacey in the Navy) so we know how important it is to find a good place to stay when away from home.
We absolutely love the North Myrtle Beach area and have enjoyed creating 2 amazing vacation rentals that are stylish, clean and comfortable. Not to mention, super close to the beach! We hope our guests feel "at home” the moment they walk in and want to keep coming back year after year.

We love the open, airy feel of this home. The vaulted ceilings and all the windows make it so bright, has a huge kitchen and a private outdoor patio with a pergola and daybed. It's also in such a great location and close to everything!

Only 3 blocks from the ocean and an easy 5-10 min. walk to 2 very nice beach accesses (17th Ave S & 21st Ave S). Close to a public pool (Castaway) and beach bar and grill, restaurants, shops and grocery stores.
