Our fully equipped 3 bedroom 2 bath with a balcony off the living room great outside entertaining area all fenced in giving our home a fun laidback beach vibe.
Walking distance to the beach and a short walk or golf cart ride to the popular Barefoot landing that has lots of shopping , restaurants, park, arcade, music, brewery and theater. Lots of golf courses. Recent upgrades include new carpet, new furniture, new paint upstairs and new kitchen pots and pans, utensils and dishes.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and overlooks the living room with balcony. Living room which features a flat screen TV, board games and free wireless internet for your enjoyment.
We have beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and a beach wagon to help make your beach trip stress free and as fun as possible
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, flatscreen tv and with a door that goes to the bathroom that has a shower. This is bathroom 1 that is used for downstairs
Upstairs bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and a flatscreen tv
Upstairs bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, celling fan and a flatscreen tv
Bathroom 2 has full shower and tub together

Absolutely wonderful

The house was exactly what we needed, the place was beautifully decorated and cozy, loved sitting on the deck and drinking my coffee and reading my book, miss it already will definitely book again. Easy access to anything!!!

Cal Ripkin Experience stay

Tara was extremely easy to contact and work with. The home is very clean and cute, very close to the ocean and Barefoot Landing. I really enjoyed being on a side street with the locals instead of the fast pace lifestyles of the tourists. Also a bonus are the friendly neighbors!!

Family stay May 2024

I chose this location since I was getting married on the beach and needed space for kids. This space was very clean and the neighbor was very nice and helpful. It was so close to north Myrtle beach traffic was not an issue. I would definitely recommend this place.

Been staying at Myrtle Beach for over 24 years and Tara is by far one of the best we've ever rented from! She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable as possible. She also gets back to you ASAP , you cant ask for a better person and will definitely be renting more in the future with her as we've already stayed here twice.

Awesome place

Rick and his wife that lives next door was very friendly and helpful with the knowledge of the neighborhood. They are great people. Really enjoyed their company. The beach chairs and wagon was a great use to take to the beach as we were on motorcycles and could not bring that with us on our stay. Really appreciate that they were available .

Convenient location

Host was responsive and pleasant providing suggestions for local dining and entertainment. Comfortable space for our small group. Easy access to the main roads and short distance to the beach.

This house was perfect for the 4 of us. Great location. Home owner suggested the Rockefellas restaurant and it was GREAT!! Right across the street. And great price for this house. A hotel would’ve cost so much more.

Decent Place to Stay

The home was pretty nice and had enough room for 2 adults and 2 small children, no problem. You can safely sleep 4 adults comfortably, and 1 more on a futon like bed (which I wouldn't think would be comfortable.

Great communication. Beautiful, convenient location. House was very clean and had all listed amenities. Wonderful neighbors. Short walk to the beach and places to eat and shop. I would highly recommend.

Cozy & nice

We loved the cozy house and the rooms were perfect sizes. Very close to lots of restaurants and a 8 min walk to the beach. Host was great in communicating things with you. The only thing i would say I missed was a dishwasher. Overall it was a nice stay.

Roomy

Our stay was perfect you will find everything you need inside. Every thing we needed was there including chairs, cool, and a wagon🤯 for the beach! Any questions or help I needed were answered very quickly. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group. Make sure to take advantage of the outdoor space underneath the home.

Easter vacation

The home is was lovely. There was a lot of space for the kids. They also had beach toys and wagon available to use. Only suggestion I have is the refrigerator had ice maker but was not working. But other than that the host was great.

Excellent bike week property!

The property was very clean Tara was an excellent host! Anything we needed or had an issue with she would approach it right away even though it wasn't a big issue! The house is a bit narrow and on a windy day you can feel a little bit of swaying but other than that the property is excellent just have to watch out if you have bikes because the driveway is all large gravel. The three of us had a great time and enjoyed a very clean and safe property right near food and entertainment within 5 minutes. Thank you again Tara will be looking forward to next year!
