Lovely, modern home with pool

My husband and I spent a month at this house in residential Hollywood FL. The house was immaculate and well equipped with everything one would need. The owner was extremely responsive when we had questions. Hollywood has a noise restriction but we were totally fine with that!

We will be back!

We live in Florida and wanted a mini getaway for a long holiday weekend! I ended up messaging Veronica first before booking and it was the way that she responded that was so welcoming that I knew this was the right place. The place was perfect for our family of 5 and fur baby. We had enough space for family dinners and spent most of our time in the pool. We will def be back. Thanks Veronica.

Staycation ruined/constant monitoring 24/7

The house is beautifully decorated, well equipped and designed for a fun family gathering but it’s extremely over priced considering the amount of restrictions!! I rented this house for a staycation with my family. I have 3 teenagers and naturally teens like to play music, laugh, play games, have fun…. UNFORTUNATELY our staycation was ruined by the amount of times that we were called throughout the weekend by the owner to complain about the noise level inside the house! NO FUN ALLOWED! We were monitored 24/7 by Camara’s and a “noise meter” that is placed inside the house to control the noise levels. NOT RECOMMENDED for families with kids!

The ideal small group/family stay in Hollywood!

I came to Miami/Ft. Lauderdale with a few friends for a work-from-home and beach vacation. Veronica was the perfect host—friendly and communicative, and clear on house/neighborhood rules. The property is gorgeous and lives up to the photos! It’s about 5mins from a lot of the basic necessities (groceries, pharmacy) and 10-15mins from Hollywood Beach. The neighborhood is very residential and has quiet hours from about 11pm, so wouldn’t recommend for anyone who likes blasting music or has a late-night crew. But if you’re looking for a getaway spot with great amenities (pool, laundry, big flatscreen, nice open kitchen), would highly recommend Veronica’s place! Will definitely be back.
