Miami Tropical Retreat - Villa Tropical

Villa Tropical is a gorgeous, centrally located home that will be your personal retreat in Miami. Professionally furnished and designed, the house is set at the heart of a peaceful residential neighborhood adjacent to Biscayne Park and Miami Shores and only 15 minutes from the beach and everything Miami has to offer. Relax by the pool and zen garden. Eat in the outdoor dining area or in the fully equipped kitchen. If you need to work, you'll love the detached home office with fast Internet.

The space
Villa Tropical is a newly remodeled home. The minute you step inside you'll be impressed with the wide open floor plan, sweeping views of the pool and patio, beautifully furnished rooms, and the modern kitchen and furniture. The house is large enough to sleep eight. The tropical backyard is very private, and the beautiful pool is large enough to swim laps in. The small palapa with its Zen garden is perfect for meditation and yoga. Have your morning latte in the patio by the master bedroom, and lunch in the large palapa. Tan by the pool, or work in the outdoor office. Stream a movie on one of the brand new TVs or play any Xbox game with the XBOX gamepass. With so much to do right here, you may never want to leave!

* You'll have exclusive access to the entire property
* You'll be in a very central location in Miami - only a short drive from almost anywhere you'll want to go (you'll need a car/uber/taxi to get around).
* You'll have plenty of parking next to the house
* Expecting a guest or two? Please let us know in advance. Note that only the number of people on the reservation may stay overnight.
* One pet may be allowed with prior approval. Please let us know the type, breed and age of your pet before booking the property
* This property has separate weekly yard and pool maintenance visits, which may occur during your stay. They may be rescheduled upon request.
* This house may NOT be used for medical recovery
* Children must ALWAYS be attended when using the pool and the playground. If you have young children, keeping them safe is your responsibility!

Excellent place

This is a wonderful house with all you need. It is well located for all that is north of Miami. My family was more comfortable here than in any other house we have rented, anywhere. When we are back in Miami we will definitely stay there.

Absolutely Amazing

Stayed here for a week with my husband and two daughters. Such a beautiful home and amazing owners that take immaculate care of the property. The owners made sure to let us know that they were here for any and everything we may need. We didn’t end up needing anything because not only was this home incredible, they had everything possible you’d need. My daughters want to come back to this same house everytime we come to Miami because they said nowhere else had been this nice so far. The home felt very comfortable and not like a typical hotel or plain air bnb. They made every detail personalized such as the candy jar upon entry, basket of welcome chips, extra towels, wall map to pin where you’re from. Every detail was meticulously thought out. Thank you so much for an incredible trip

Can't say enough. Excellent Property

This could not be a better house for us. We just wanted to get out of the cold and relax. The house was immaculate with every convenience you would want. They even provide a full spice rack and coffee filters for the coffee pot. The heated pool was a perfect temperature that we enjoyed on a daily basis. We were very close to grocery stores and an abundance of excellent restaurants. I don't cook on vacation. :)Pari and Moshik were great communicators via the VRBO app. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, but they also communicated with us periodically just to be sure all was well. We had a relaxing vacation and cannot thank Pari and Moshik enough. Obviously, we highly recommend this property.

Felt like a tropical Oasis. Everything was great - heated pool, appliances and sleeping arrangements. The floor could have been cleaner, but that was a very minor issue for us :)

Great Family Getaway

Our stay at this property more than exceeded our expectations!! The six of us (3 adults, 3 kids under 11) had plenty of space and the accommodations were comfortable and just as described. A big thank you to the hosts for the clear communication throughout and the online house manual/guide was genius. The pool was big and well maintained. The public beach was great and easy parking, about 15 min drive down with traffic. We would definitely consider staying here on a future trip to South Florida!

“Perfect Family Getaway with Resort-Style Backyard in Miami!”

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, the house exceeded our expectations in every way. The host was fantastic—always responsive, friendly, and eager to make our stay perfect. The backyard was a true oasis, complete with lush landscaping and a pool that felt like our own private resort. It was the perfect place to relax, and we spent countless hours enjoying the sun and the serene atmosphere. We traveled with our three kids, who couldn’t get enough of the game room and the pool—they were entertained from sunrise to sunset! The location was ideal too; just a quick 5-minute drive to the beach, where we soaked up the beautiful Miami vibes. The house was fully stocked, so we had everything we needed to cook and enjoy family meals together. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to whip up breakfasts and dinners without a hitch. Each room was thoughtfully decorated, and we all slept comfortably. The living areas were cozy yet modern, and we appreciated all the little details that made the space feel like a true home away from home. We can’t wait to come back and make more memories here. Relaxing Oasis

We stayed here on a weekend trip to attend a game at Hard Rock stadium. It was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The property was nicely decorated and was fully stocked with all the needed items. The pool was perfect! Communication from the owners was fantastic! Highly recommend for a wonderful experience!

Great place

I don’t typically write reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to share our experience because the owners of this property were so fantastic. We had to evacuate from our home due to a recent hurricane on the west coast of Florida, and we contacted the owners just six hours before arriving. Despite the storm approaching faster than expected, they were incredibly accommodating, and we even extended our stay. The house itself was wonderful—modern, comfortable, and well-equipped. The neighborhood was interesting and unique, and while the home felt a bit more sophisticated than the surrounding area, everything was within walking distance, which was a huge plus. This neighborhood is undergoing a large gentrification. But it’s not the shiny Miami that you may be thinking about if you’re coming from out of state. No supermodels or Ferraris in the neighborhood Since I was working during our stay, the detached office with a desk in the back was a huge benefit, and the overall layout of the house was perfect for our needs. We also had our service dog with us, and the yard was a great space for her to run around. Overall, I was extremely happy with the location and the property. It truly felt like home, and I could have easily stayed for a month or two. Highly recommended!

Dream stay

My family and I stayed at the property for two nights, with the intention of not leaving the house and enjoying quality time. We did just that! This property was beautiful and most importantly, family focused. Hanging out by the pool all day and watching movies at night. It truly was a dream and SO key in starting off our vacation right. We would absolutely stay here again.
