We fell in love with Hot Springs Village and so will you! The peaceful, tranquility and beautifully updated townhome is just 17ft from Lake Balboa sitting on a quite cove. This home features 3 bedrooms , 2 Kings, and 2 Twin Beds. You will think you are home as soon as you walk in, and the views from the living, master and 1 guest room look directly on a guite Lake Balboa cove. We supply 3 kayaks for guest use only. Hot Springs Village has so much to offer! Just to name a few things to do during your stay in our beautiful home, you have 7 golf courses, 5 private lakes, 30 miles of hiking and biking trails, tennis, swimming pool, pickleball, lawn bowling, basketball, fishing, boating and so much more just minutes away in the village. Hot Springs is 15 minutes away where you can find horse racing, casino action, and do not forget the historical bath house row! Or just sit on the deck and enjoy nature. Come enjoy Hot Springs Village, it will not be your last time here!

Clean and nice

Relaxing lake house with inviting touches

Overall we enjoyed the home. The house was extremely clean, well labeled and had so many warm and inviting touches. It was a great place to stay for our family.

Wish we could have stayed longer

Great Lake Getaway on Lake Balboa

Our stay was excellent. We enjoyed the views, canoes and fishing. Our only recommendation would be for guests to have temporary gate cards.

Great Lake House

We really enjoyed this house. It's super cute and peaceful. We spent every morning and evening fishing or kayaking right off the dock. The property is well stocked and clean. My only suggestion would be to install curtains in 2 of the bedrooms. It was hard to sleep in once the sun came up because of how bright the rooms got. The host is very responsive and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

really nice place!

Very comfortable home, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, nice small grill on deck for steaks. Great covered patio for eating. The kayaks in the garage were new and lots of fun, easy to paddle out from the protected cove into the larger cove and open water. We towed an inflated tube behind a kayak, great workout for him, great leisure for her! OK to swim right off the dock but shallow. Look forward to coming back soon, thanks for having us!

Restful stay

My husband and I and another couple had a relaxing stay for two nights. The property was spotless and quiet. We really enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake, and loved the kayaks. Cindy always answered any question immediately. I would definitely stay there again given the chance.

Family Getaway

We had a great time in Hot Springs Village. Mrs. Hamm was very helpful throughout the entire process. The house was beautiful and nicely furnished with all of the amenities needed. We really enjoyed the kayaks and the close proximity to restaurants and activities. Definitely one of our favorite trips we have taken as a family.

Quick Spring Weekend

The property is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed in the early spring and did not get out on the water, but would go back in the summer and use the kayaks provided by the host. The kids fed the fish off the dock, we found a few trails to hike, and played the board games provided by the host. It was a great property for a family of all ages.

Home Away From Home

Just a beautiful home. It has everything you will need. Life jackets, fishing poles, pots and pans, recommendations for restaurants, outdoor grill, unlimited cozy blankets, board games galore! You name it. The deck view is absolutely breathtaking. Plenty of room for a large family. I would highly suggest this home to anyone looking for a getaway. Look no further! It’s a gated community, so we felt super safe being from out of state. Downtown Hot Springs right around the corner! Thanks again!

Relaxation on the Lake

This is our 3rd trip to Hot Springs Village and our stay here did not disappoint. Wonderful view, beautiful and relaxing lake decor. Back deck and boat dock to use. Kayaks for the entire family. Private cove to use for swimming and kayaking in. We enjoyed the local Catholic Church, the beautiful Balboa Beach, the bath house row and all the good eats. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We'd love to come back.

Wonderful Lake House

Clean and well maintained house in gated community on Balboa lake with dock. Location on lake is perfect for kayaking and fishing. House is beautiful and had all the amenities we needed and more! We loved sitting on the covered deck during the rain storm. We enjoyed using the kayaks and board games host provided. Chairs and floats were great to take to Balboa beach! Short drive to shopping and Bath House Row, or casino! So much to do! We really enjoyed our stay! Check in and out was easy! Cindy was nice and communicated well!

Wonderful experience!!!!

My family and I had a great time at this beautiful lake house located on lake Balboa in Hot Springs Village. The house was spotless with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and Cindy, the owner, replied to all my questions very promptly and she made us fell very welcomed. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated, the furniture looks new, the kitchen is very well equipped and it has brand new pots, pans, dinnerware and so much more. We really enjoyed our time and we will definitely come back! Thank you Cindy for letting us stay in your very beautiful lake house!

A Fabulous Place!!!

Three generations of my family stayed almost a week here with our ages ranging from 75 to 5 years old. There was much for all of us to do here: fishing from the private dock, relaxing on the wonderful deck overlooking the lake, playing some of the games the host provides in the family room, and cooking in the gourmet-level kitchen. Picturesque hiking trails, two lake beaches, and an impressive kiddie park are a short driving distance away from the property. We found the property to be immaculately clean, well-laid out, and pleasingly decorated. The strong wireless internet network and a variety of TV apps met all of our electroic needs perfectly. And, of course, the tourist attractions of downton Hot Springs are an easy 20 minute drive away. Our stay here ranks as one of our most relaxing and enjoyable vacations ever.

Peaceful retreat!

We absolutely LOVED this peaceful home on the lake. The homeowner was extremely helpful, the house was stocked with everything we needed, updated, and very well-decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the covered porch and watching all of the wildlife- deer, fish, geese, ducks, birds and a bald eagle! The table was big enough for six of us to enjoy some dominoes and cards while it rained. The master bath is lovely, and I really enjoyed the whirlpool tub after a long day of hiking. The village includes 6 golf courses - just make sure you call during the hours of 7:30 - 4:30 M-F to get a tee time. Do NOT hesitate to book just because this is a new listing! It was everything we had hoped for!

Peace and Tranquility; the Perfect Description!

Comfort and quiet is what we found on this great waterfront home on a channel of Lake Balboa in Hot Springs Village. We’ve stayed at a few VRBO rentals in HSV and I have to say this one is a gem. The split bedrooms, comfort, decor, and access to the water was wonderful. The entertaining area on the waterfront deck was large, well furnished, and prime for a group wanting to enjoy R&R outdoors. Bathrooms were spacious (master with soaker jetted tub) and modern. The master bedroom was expansive with plenty of clothing storage. All beds were very comfortable. As a cook who was living in a motorhome for the past 4+ months, ending our snow-birding trip at the property was welcoming with a large well-equipped kitchen. This was a fantastic surprise. It’s the one of the few properties with new appliances and a really good assortment of pots and pans. Those who love the water, you’ll really enjoy the boat dock complete with bench to fish, swim, or boat from. Enjoy this lovely spacious property. We sure did!
