Lance and Suzanne Lefler Àr vÀrd
We moved to Hot Springs Village in the Fall of 2020 to escape the rat race and find some space to breathe. Hot Springs Village was just the ticket. We love living in a resort town! And while our golf games aren't exactly the greatest (although Suzanne does faithfully watch the PGA), we enjoy the water and hiking the trails with our dogs. Our passion is to provide the best, most relaxing getaway possible. So we furnished the Lake House with all the goodies we would want in a getaway, from a spectacular view of the lake to comfy couches and restful beds--and a full kitchen. I (Lance) love to cook! Consider this your home away from home.

We fell in love with this house the instant we saw it. We have always loved the water, so we jumped at the chance to buy The Lake House! We hope you love it too.
