Charming Lake House on Tim's Ford Lake

Come Relax at Charis Cottage. Charis Cottage was newly constructed in 2020 and is a cozy and charming lake house located on Tims Ford Lake. Tims Ford Lake is considered one of the most picturesque lakes in TN. Our cottage is centrally located and provides the perfect getaway to relax and recharge. This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath, two-story lake home has all you need for the perfect family vacation or long weekend with friends.

You will love the professionally decorated cottage and open, airy floor plan. The serene living room offers a comfortable living area to gather with friends and family. The room boasts high ceilings, a sleeper sofa, swivel chairs, a 55" smart TV and also opens up to the covered porch.

For the outdoor lovers, you will appreciate the covered porch furnished with a 50" smart TV. This second living area comes complete with a love seat, 2 full size chairs and a gas fireplace. This space is sure to put the happy in happy hour or enjoy while sipping your morning coffee.

Charis Cottage sleeps 10 people. The master bedroom is on the main level and features a king size bed and black out draperies The on-suite bath feature a double vanity and a stand alone shower.

Bedroom 2 and 3 are located upstairs. Bedroom 2 features full over full bunk beds with a pull out trundle.

Bedroom 3 features a queen size bed.

All bedrooms offer top-rated memory foam mattresses with cloud like foam technology and cradling comfort. Also, each bedroom has firm and soft pillow options.

The loft area is the perfect hideout and features a sleeper sofa and 50" smart TV.

While staying at Charis Cottage, enjoy a short stroll to Holiday Landing Marina, a full service marina that offers boat rentals, a launch ramp and trailer parking, bait and tackle shop and the popular Blue Gill Grill. The Blue Gill Grill restaurant offers free live music on a floating stage and dance floor. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the lake. You can also enjoy many of the other local area restaurants.

If you prefer to stay in and prepare a delicious meal yourself, you will enjoy the fully stocked, gourmet kitchen.

The community offers hiking/nature trails and a fire pit area. Please note you may need to provide your own wood as it is not always available on site.

We offer complimentary Wi-Fi. All smart TV's allow you to connect to YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. Just sign in with your own ID and enjoy.

For the hiking enthusiasts, enjoy Fiery Gizzard and Falls Mill Hike which was featured in Backpacker Magazine. Other marinas nearby include Tims Ford Marina, Lakeview Marina and Twin Creeks Marina.
