NEW Cottage by the Lake. Enjoy the golf cart ride being seconds from the water, marina, and restaurant. Relax on the screen porch whether it be with a book or enjoying a football game. Home has fiber internet and tv in every bedroom. Enjoy the front and back porch with quiet settings and top of the line decor to enjoy the ambience inside. King bed in Owner's Suite downstairs, King bed in bedroom upstairs, third bedroom upstairs has three twin beds with two pull out trundles totaling 5 beds. Grill is ready for delicious grilling with many spices already provided. Enjoy the band on Saturday nights while eating at the Holiday Marina during open seasons of the year. Drafts & Watercrafts is also a great place to eat by the water. Make sure to book a delicious meal at Mary Bobo’s then tour the Jack Daniels Distillery. Even though you are away from the world with water and trees all around, you are only minutes from Publix, Starbucks, Chick-fil-a, and more with being only seconds from family owned Bait Store and Dollar General for emergency needs. Come make beautiful memories at the Cottage by the Lake with the beautiful waters of Tims Ford Lake. If you don't already have a boat make sure to rent one at the Holiday Marina conveniently located by this beautiful cottage with a private golf cart parking spot using our provided golf cart.

Great Property

Such a cute home away from home

Everything was perfect for our stay. We never got a chance to use the cart and go down to the marina. We spent most of the time out on the lake at family members homes just a few miles away. It was the perfect location for us to stay while attending our family reunion nearby. Would love to stay again.

Perfect cottage, location & host

Our family enjoyed our stay at the cottage very much! It was the perfect getaway for us. The location was great, just a 30 second golf cart drive to The Blue Gill Grill and Holiday Landing Marina. Loved the homey, upscale decor of the cottage as well. Perfect & Relaxing! Will be back!

Amazing house

We had the best time staying in this gorgeous house with a great location. The house was perfectly sized for our family of 6 with plenty of common space. The use of the golf cart to get down to the marina was incredibly helpful and generous. The kitchen had almost everything we needed (just needed to bring our keurig and blender). Communication with our host was wonderful. We will stay here again!

The place was almost perfect. No place to hang clothes in main floor bedroom. Easy fix to put up a rod in wash room. Kitchen well equipped but needed some dish n drying towels n pot holders We loved the patio with fireplace. When we were home, we sat out there. The restaurant closes Sept 1 which was sad to learn. Would stay again

Family Vacation

The house was absolutely beautiful! The house was clean, and we had everything we needed to cook. Kelly was very prompt with any concerns that came up. I would recommend this house to anyone that is traveling to Lynchburg/Tullahoma area.

Labor Day get away

We have vacationed with the same friends for twelve years. With four boys in high school, we needed a quick get away rather than committing to a longer drive this year. The hole was beautiful, clean and had plenty of room for us all. We rented a boat and spent the day on the water and nights watching football. Check in and checkout were simple and easy. Hosts were johnny-on-the spot as well when our gas tank ran out of propane. It was a great weekend.

Family Vacation

This house was well equipped with all that we needed, and was just a short walk to the Holiday Landing dock for our jet skis. We loved being able to play cards at the large kitchen table, while other family members watched a movie on the screened in porch. The best part is another part of the family stayed in a house just two doors down and we were able to hang out during the entire trip. I would highly recommend this house and this neighborhood for any lake vacation.

Perfect getaway

Well kept, nice selection of pots & pans and utensils. Lots of windows to enjoy the outdoors while staying indoors. Lovely decor with nice color combination. We will rent again.
