Beautiful 70 m² two bedrooms apartments and 2 bathrooms on the 4th floor, with lift and balcony leading to the street. Very nice view over the rooftops of Paris. Close to the Grands Boulevards in the heart of Paris The apartment consists of: Nice entrance with buffet and beautiful decoration. A living room with a sofa bed for two people, sofa , a coffee table, an HD TV, Bluetooth sound speaker, an internet connection overlooking the long balcony. A kitchen behind a glass roof, equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, grill -bread, crockery accordingly and kitchen utensils, washer. Dining area. A shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin, hairdryer and WC. A first bedroom with a 160 X 200cm bed, bedside tables. Window on courtyard. Dressing room A second bedroom with a 160 X 200 bed, bedside tables. Adjoining bathroom with shower and sinks. Dressing room. Window on courtyard. The linen is provided. Electric heating. Vacuum. Table and iron. To note: - the receptions are carried out without additional cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is a supplement of €35. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is a supplement of €50. - for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is a supplement of €35.

Great Apartment. Very clean. Quiet. Well decorated.

We had a great stay here. Thank you! Positives. Very clean apartment Quiet location Online listing is accurate Great host communication Well laid out Nice decoration The lift works for luggage. Stairwell is clean. Well equipped kitchen Be mindful One toilet Floor squeaks with every step (you get use to it)Shower in bedroom doesn’t drain so your limited to a 4 min shower No dryer but the heated towel rails work well

not good location

We were 2 physicians staying in Paris for a few days after completing a long tour of Croatia We travel often speak spanish&english &have been to Paris many times,&stayed at hotels & bed/breakfast like this & I do not recommend this place! First, property manager should have Highlighted ONLY ONE TOILET! Also this place is near Nothing Touristy,or Impt Landmarks, except some restaurants, loud at night, &closest Mini Grocery was crappy. Also other places to stay make recommendations of places to eat or other highlights, We received None except where to find the crappy market. To top it off, our flight from Croatia to Paris was a little delayed &we communicated this w/Host/ greeter ≠w arrival time to Paris was 30min behind. We really rushed as quickly as possible! &were able to arrive just Under 5 minutes late but still we were told we will be charged 35 Euros,still Late! Exhausted from all the above, we turned on the TV, with nothing in English or Spanish but we were assured they had Apps like Netflix HBO, Prime etc….I am registered for All those, so I logged in which I have done in other Countries but All the Apps I tried, still wanted PAYMENT! even though I am a customer! CONS an apartment potential for 6 people,but Beware only 1 toilet& Not good location, greeter did not offer recommendations except crappy market. worst TV set up ever. Good-has washer, given basics to clean, soap etc elevator, & heat Summary - find another place!! w/ better greeter& better location!

Great Apartment

This beautiful and spacious apartment is close to the Metro and a relatively short walk to The Louvre and Île de la Cite (where Notre Dame is located). It was bright, clean and the pictures accurately represent the space. The management was responsible and helpful throughout our stay.

Not two full bathrooms - noisy floors - location is okay

The place was clean - couches TV and kitchen are very appealing, but floor creeks with every step in the apartment echos throughout. I get the old building but it is noticeable. On our stay we did have a couple issues which impacted star rating. Key fob not working so street access door to apartment on alley access street was free for anyone to come in through the stay…entry street felt unsafe so make sure the key fob lock works before booking location if safety matters in a foreign country with young children. The bathroom off the “master bedroom” is just a shower and a mirror sink - no toilet (not what we would consider calling a full bathroom) and the shower although looks nice has minimal pressure and minimal hot water. With two guests taking showers in the morning we ran out of hot water when a third went in…so if you have more than two guests make sure showers are very quick or you can only do 2 showers in the morning and then will need to wait until afternoon or evening for anyone else to shower if you want hot water. For the rate paid and what we thought we were getting, didn’t feel like a 5 star location or experience. The street access location is dark with some some shady characters around so just didn’t feel safe with kids. If key fob and water heater gets fixed, and listing adjusts how it shows 2 Full bathrooms, to advise only 1 toilet, I would consider better star rating but for $500 per night we expected better.

Excellent in every way

The apartment was exactly as described. The check in process was very easy and manager was very quick to respond when we had a question. Location is great with restaurants and the Metro nearby.

Beautiful appartement at great location.

Fantastisch verblijf. Helemaal retro stijl Ingericht. Alles is aanwezig. Erg leuke buurt, dichtbij leuke restaurantjes, de metro en met de velib fietsen (om de hoek) ben je overal zo heen gefietst! Absolute aanrader!
