Lägenheten ligger på en 4 och 3 våning med (hiss). Den består av två studior i duplex som inte är anslutna men tillräckligt nära för att enkelt kunna kommunicera.
Varje studio har sin egen telefon som tillåter samtal mellan dem.
Hyr ALDRIG Separat. Snälla, fråga inte.

Byggnaden ligger på det förtrollande lilla torget i Bourg Tibourg med sina restauranger, kaféer med terrasser där människor gillar att spendera tid på att prata, äta eller njuta av solskenet. Det finns ett stort urval av bagerier, ostmarknader, vin och alla typer av livsmedelsmarknader i bästa franska tradition i närheten och till och med en bondens marknad kommer att vara vid ditt dörrsteg två gånger i veckan.

Mycket bekvämt beläget, nära all transport, men mestadels behöver du inte dem eftersom fler av Paris attraktioner ligger på gångavstånd. Bara några steg till Seine River och Notre Dame-katedralen.
Byggnaden är skyddad med åtkomstkod och intercom och området är mycket säkert.

Lägenheten är 48 kvadratmeter duplex på 3 och 4 våningen. Båda nivåerna är anslutna med en enkel trappa utanför lägenheten (inuti byggnaden). På grund av detta är det inte lämpligt för familj med små barn åtminstone de kommer att bo hos en vuxen i samma studio.
Varje studio har fullt kök, litet men mycket effektivt och praktiskt, med en spis, vanlig ugn, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp etc. Tvättmaskin torktumlare. Matbord för 4 personer. Takfläkt. Luftkonditionering. Badrum med kombination av badkar och dusch, toalett, handfat.

Sängarna är mycket bekväma med viskoelastiska Tempur Original-madrasser att slappna av efter en lång dag. Varje nivå har en dubbel Murphy-säng och en soffa. På 3 våningen finns det också en enkelsäng (en dagssäng)
Skåp med golv till takspeglar. Kabel-TV, CD-spelare, DVD, radio, gratis trådlös internetfiber, GRATIS WIFI, gratis telefonsamtal till de flesta länder och till och med gratis mobiltelefonsamtal till USA och Kanada.
Det finns två stora dubbla panelfönster i varje våning med utsikt över den lilla gatan i "Mauvais Garcons". Lägenheten ligger lugnt i centrum av Paris och mycket ljus.

Massor av stormarknader i närheten, alla dina shoppingbehov i området. Ett av de mest kända varuhusen i Paris BHV är nästa kvarter.

superb location

I don't think you can ask for a better location. The neighborhood is vibrant but the apartments are quiet. It is true the elevator is tiny but essential for this asthmatic. Very close to the metro and bicycles are easy to rent. No comment about the kitchen as we only used glasses for water. Hands down everyone of us would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Quirky Convenience

We are two friends who stayed in the Marais duplex in early June, 2025. Being in the two stand-alone rooms worked well for us as friends traveling together. The units are DIY quirky, but have most of what one needs for a stay in Paris. The very best thing about the duplex is its location. It is within easy walking distance of many of typical Paris tourism sites. There are plenty of dining options close by. The beds are fairly comfortable, and the street noise level is mitigated. One down side is the lack of clothing storage in one of the rooms of the duplex, which is on a separate floor of the building. Check-in was easy, and communication with the manager was simple. I would stay here again in the future.

The apartments were very nice and clean. We did have an issue with a small leak in the lower bathroom when someone was using the the bathroom above. It is a great location and we enjoyed our visit. The host responded to all request quickly.

Southern women in Paris

This property is located in a wonderful part of Paris. Easy walk to Notre Dame and across the Siene. It is two separate studio apartments, 3 rd and 4th floor. Both have their own charm. Very small elongated elevator. It totally reminded me of Emily in Paris. It is located in a square of 4 restaurants…we chose Cafe L Entincello to be our night cap place. We had such a wonderful time. Thank you so much

Fantastic location with all you need.

The two duplex apartments are great for two couples vacationing. The apartments are cozy, but with all the amenities needed for a great stay. The apartment is located in a vibrant area, full of cafes, restaurants and shops. Conveniently located near a main metro line and walking distance to the Seine and Notre Dame. Would definitely stay here again. The elevator is very small and did break down one day making it difficult for people with mobility issues to navigate the stairs.

Exactly as advertised

These two studios worked really well for two couples travelling together. They are a bit rustic but clean and the beds are comfortable. The location really can't be beat, both for the proximity of restaurants and stores, but also for the closeness of many of the Paris sites. The check in process was a bit awkward as no-one was there to greet us as we had been told. We talked to the manager on the phone but my limited knowledge of French wasn't good enough to understand what we needed to do. We solved this by emailing back and forth and were able to locate the keys and get checked in.

Marais apartment

The location of this apartment was a little confusing to find, because it is in an area that is full of restaurants and cafes, and those businesses somewhat hide the front door of the building. The property owner was wonderful with communication, and the concierge worked with us for a late arrival. once we found it, it was great, although the elevator is typically small, and can fit basically 2 people with no luggage. Even so, I would stay here again.

Great location.

These are two studios on floors above/below each other. Murphy bed was a soft mattress but fine. Kitchen tiny but serviceable. Good windows silenced the noise from cafes just outside on the square. The apts. are in a great Marais location and are good for using as a "pied-a-terre"in Paris. Great for 2 couples or a family with older kids who can stay in their own apt.

Two Apartments and great location!

As we were two couples traveling together, these apartments could not have worked out better for us. Close to metro and the heart of Paris. I found the apartments clean. Kitchen was pretty well organized although the coffee machine did not work in Unit 3. The apartment manual that is provided is out of date. Only two sets of keys are provided, not four. This was not a problem for us, but the manual emphasized that we would be charged if we did not return all four sets of keys. Very little instruction for washing machine, but we figured it out. My biggest issue was with Mario. He emailed me the day of our check in. Left keys in a mailbox for us. I emailed him three separate times with questions (including once to verify that I only got two sets of keys). He never responded until the day of our check out to see what time we were leaving. I did not try phoning him because I did not feel any of the questions were that important. So if you need something important, call him. Elevator is small but great for luggage. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

Quick stint in beautiful Paris

We had a wonderful time in your very quaint little condos. They were incredibly well located, close to everything and directly in a little square full of cafés and restaurants. The day we arrived, we were welcomed right away and shown the place. Just a little while later, we went out and across the street was a farmer’s market with delicious fruits. All in all great time. We would definitely be back!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay with our two teenage daughters. The studio apartments are on the third and fourth floor so it was perfect for us to each have our own space. The air conditioning works GREAT which was a huge bonus in the hot summertime. The square and the restaurants right outside the front door were lively and had great food and ambiance. Perfect location to see all the major sights and most within walking distance.

Enjoyed our stay in the middle of Paris

The reviews I read were really spot on about this place. Two studios separated only by one floor, literally in the middle of a plaza that is bustling and therefore NO need to use the kitchen. Clean but could use a deep clean. The AC blows cold and the beds are good. I will say I was shocked that we had NO outside noise. I thought for sure we would but the apartments face away from the plaza - we did not hear a thing but we had the windows closed the whole time. If you typically stay at the four seasons this place isn’t for you. If you want something to lay your head in the middle of Paris and have a lot to do in walking distance, this is a good place to stay.

Double your joie de vivre in the heart of the Marais District!

My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful one-week stay in this charming and well-appointed VRBO. The apartments are well represented by the photos and descriptions. In fact, the rooms feel more spacious than they appear in photos. The photos also fail to show the magnificent views, lively sounds, bright light and fresh breezes afforded by the large double windows. The kitchen is not made for gourmet cooking but is well suited to preparing simple cooked meals and we had most of our breakfasts and some lunches in the apartment. The deep baths in each apartment and the small elevator were a big plus for our daughter who has some mobility issues. We didn't meet the manager, Mario, in person, but found him to be very responsive. Perhaps the best thing about this place is its location. Beware - if you are looking for a quiet sedate stay in Paris, this may not be your place - there is always something happening in the Marais and there is usually some noise to go with it. But if you enjoy a lively setting with interesting people and lots to do, you will love it! With abundant eateries, shops, and free museums with no entry lines within a few blocks - the main problem is choosing which to go to. We had the best crepe of my life from a street vendor at the market across the street, and a couple favorite nearby restaurants included Le Ju' and Chez Hannah. Check out some jazz manouche at 38Riv around the corner or on a boat/bar down by the Seine. Have a fabulous stay!

Wonderful accommodations

This is a great location, in a square with several restaurants/cafe's, easy access to transit and the company manager was easy to communicate with. It was safe and we appreciated the air conditioning and elevator as we stayed on the 3rd and 4th floors. It was in a lovely, busy area but the windows kept out much of the street noise. The apartments were clean, the beds comfortable and there were lovely amenities (washer/dryer, appliances, silverware, etc). We would definitely book again when in Paris. We replaced a broken umbrella with a new one.
