Modern and stylish beach condo in the quiet neighborhood of Crown Point. Close enough to the entertaining town of Pacific Beach, but far enough away to avoid nighttime crowds. 5 min walk to the gorgeous Mission Bay with a bike/walking trail and fire pits in the sand for nighttime bonfires. This home is on the top level in a small complex with it's own private balcony, along with a shared patio that has a grill, table, and chairs for entertaining. Come enjoy our lovely oasis in sunny San Diego.

Solid Stay on the Bay

This spot was great for our fam/friends. We were able to bike to the nearby attractions and our teens were entertained by the fact that they could skateboard/bike to nearby beaches, eateries, and a skate park that they rated highly. Would def recommend for an easy breezy get-away with friends/fam.

Could be better

There is a small apartment above this unit. The people there were fairly quiet although the walls are pretty thin. We were visiting for Christmas and had planned on making Christmas dinner with all the trimmins but were disappointed that there was no bakeware available other than a cookie sheet. No towels to dry dishes or pot holders were provided. Providing all kitchen amenities would be great for visitors. We were disappointed considering the money it cost to stay there. Additionally and more importantly was the fact that if you were showering you were taking a big risk. I was in the shower soapy from head to toe when suddenly someone either above us or below us also turned on a shower. My water went to ice cold instantly. After reading other reviews I learned that this could have gone either way and may have scalded me! I fear for any child that may be bathing and have this happen. I would have thought this would have been addressed as it was mentioned in prior reviews. All in all pretty disappointed.

Great experience! Highly recommend

10/10 recommend staying here. Good sized condo with 2 baths and only a 5-10 minute Uber ride from PB bars and restaurants. The owner is super responsive and accommodating. Only slight negative was we didn’t have any wash clothes for washing your face, which was not a real issue at all. Great experience.

Trip to SD

Great experience staying at this house. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood while still being near the water and entertainment in PB. Would definitely recommend!

Just OK

Nice size apartment close to the beach. Difficult parking (even harder first week in month due to street sweeper). Beds were ok. Worst part, and why I wouldn’t stay again, the water noise from other apartments was very noisy; the other tenants in the adjoining apartments seem to take hour long showers and the water flow was very disturbing in early morning snd late nights.

Great Location except...

Pros Great location, you can walk to the beach Perfect size for a family Full Kitchen with 2 bathrooms Patio gave more space for sitting Cons No parking space included- could take up to 30 minutes to find parking 3 blocks away ( if you are lucky) Tenant below this apartment was always outside working on his car. He sprayed off two patios daily with a hose which made the shower even more hot/cold. He had a fight with his girlfriend/wife and was swearing, yelling and slamming doors, speeding off in his car. He made us feel very uncomfortable. Shower would go burning hot to freezing cold No King beds in both bedrooms Main bed was rickety and would squeak if you moved
