Enjoy your stay in this professionally decorated FIRST FLOOR, 3-bedroom, 2 bath Coach Home that looks like a model done in blues and creams with a sophisticated coastal theme, ideal for your Florida vacation escape!
No expense was spared is creating this wonderful vacation home! We are proud to offer "not your normal" rental home. Wonderful open concept 1st floor living home offering high-end furnishings, luxury bedding, all linens, fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs, great wi-fi, washer/dryer, beach chairs, men's & women's golf clubs, 2 bikes and more.
The huge master bedroom suite with large walk in closet, spacious master bath with a separate shower and large soaking tub is the perfect retreat at the end of the day. You even have you own sliding door access to the lanai.
If you have visiting guests, you will love the split bedroom floor plan with a separate wing for privacy and comfort. 2 bedrooms and a full bath make up this wing.
Fully equipped kitchen, large pantry, breakfast nook and large dining area for entertaining.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious lanai and take in all the wonderful nature Bonita National has to offer.
Dip into the resort-style pool or relax under the shaded cabanas enjoying a cold one from the outdoor Tiki Bar. If it’s fitness you crave, play a round of golf, book a tennis match, meet your friends for aerobics or work out in our state-of-the-art fitness center. The club house offers both fine and casual dining with a fantastic 2nd floor patio overlooking a grand lake.
This amazing resort community is only about a 20-minute drive many of the top beaches in the area. Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach, Vanderbilt Beach, Wiggins Pass, etc. Close to shopping, dining and RSW airport.
It is truly the best of both worlds!

My name is Melissa - or Missy as many call me! This home is owned by me and my dad, Brian. Me and my dad both work in the same industry and travel throughout the mid-Atlantic area for work regularly. Although we have to travel for work from time to time, our favorite place to travel is to the beach! Owning a vacation home has always seemed like a dream to our family. We unfortunately lost my mom to a fight with pancreatic cancer in 2020. Although heartbreaking, the loss of my mom taught us that life is too short to not live out your dreams and enjoy life everyday. So we continued her dream and decided to buy our beautiful Bonita Springs home! My mom was a ray of sunshine and we hope this home can bring joy to anyone who enters. We are excited to share our home and hope to provide our guests with the best experience that we can!

Our family has always dreamed of having a vacation home that we could escape to from our home in Baltimore, Maryland. While this is our 1st vacation home we have many friends and family in the area that we would visit and we fell in love with Bonita National all that Bonita Springs & Naples offer. What is not to love about SWFL!
Then the quest began to find the perfect place for our family and one that we could share with others. We are so thrilled that we found our "Sunshine Springs" and are excited to have you stay with us!
