So enjoyed our stay. The amenities were great. We loved the pool. Beds extremely comfortable as well as living room furniture. We loved so much we stayed an extra night. Close to everything. Hope to return in near future.

Christmas Getaway

The property was great! Vanessa is a wonderful host and made sure we had a great Christmas vacation. The location was perfect for us and the guest suite was spacious. Dolphins in the canal one morning was a nice bonus. I would highly recommend this property for a quiet relaxing getaway.

Perfect place!

Vanessa was great, so easy going, helpful and responsive. She and her husband did a great job decorating the place. Everything smelled good, newly renovated, the bathroom and the kitchen had all the basic essentials. The street is quiet but close to Publix and the beach/restaurants. The furniture is all very comfortable!!

Bonita Springs Gem!

Perfect base for the last days of our vacation! We would absolutely stay again and would recommend this place to anyone. It was an exceptionally clean, large space with everything we needed and more in a quiet neighborhood that is close to numerous restaurants, grocery store and several beaches! With 3 bedrooms, it's great for a family or couples traveling together. We also enjoyed the pool and watching the fish in the canal. Host communicated well and was very attentive to make sure we had a great stay.

3 -Tage Aufenthalt, Familien-Roundtrip Florida

Wir sind eine 5-köpfige Familie haben eine Rundreise durch Florida gemacht. In Bonita Springs haben wir uns 3 Tage aufgehalten. Die Ferienwohnung war fĂŒr uns genau richtig. Die Anzahl der SchlafplĂ€tze hat gepasst. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war super. Ein GeschirrspĂŒler hat uns gefehlt, aber da hĂ€tten wir im Vorfeld genauer lesen mĂŒssen, dass dieser nicht in der KĂŒche enthalten ist. FĂŒr 3 Tage konnten wir aber problemlos damit leben. Mich hat einzig die LautstĂ€rke der Klimaanlage gestört, die mehrmals in der Nacht ihren Betrieb aufnahm und fĂŒr Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf wirklich störend ist. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung wirklich empfehlenswert!

Great trip and a beautiful home. We loved the pool and the closeness to the beach and some great restaurants. Really fun, my daughter felt like she was in Barbie’s Dream House :)

Affordable and convenient

We enjoyed our stay, check in and our were very convenient. The home had everything we needed and was clean. Comfortable beds. It would be nice to have a full size refrigerator. Overall we were pleased with the price/location/amenities.

AMAZING RETREAT

Where do we begin? This was by far the best vacation we have had! Vanessa's place is just perfect for a get away from our cold winters in New England. Right from the start, we felt very comfortable communicating with Vanessa through VRBO. She answered all of our crazy questions, very promptly, as this was the first time we had rented from an online site. Her place is just the most perfect little "oasis" with a beautiful private pool, overlooking a canal. As renters, she gives you complete private use of her pool, boat, small beach area, among a wonderful patio area. We spent most of our days, and dinners outside in the patio area, and felt like we were home. Tenants rent the ground floor of her house, which sleeps 6. The rental was clean, cozy, and the beds were super comfortable. Vanessa and her family occupy the second and third floors of the house, but honestly, you don't know they are there. We had family come down and everyone had a wonderful time. We brought our 4 lb. Maltese with us and Vanessa made sure he felt comfortable too. Vanessa let us know right away what her family's schedule was ( with her dogs ) and she accommodated everyone. She is just a very thoughtful landlord and was very attentive to anything we needed. We are all returning next year to her amazing rental. I would highly recommend her place for a quiet, peaceful get away! (Just not when we rent it for a time in 2024!) ;) Thanks again, Vanessa and Matt! Jodi, Keith & Zeke

Perfect stay

Vanessa is a wonderful host. Everything is clean. Very tiny “kitchen” area, but perfect for a few days. Everything we needed was there. The outdoor patio and pool are fantastic. Would definitely recommend.
