Great property

We were there for my nephews basic training graduation. There was 11 of us ranging from 2 yrs old up to 66 yrs old. We had a great time. The property was great. The owner was awesome to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

Clean house in a quiet neighborhood

The house was recently remodeled, though not great craftsmanship. Maintenance on the property could be a lot better, but everything functioned and the house was clean. Neighborhood was quiet and safe.The owner was responsive and helpful.

Turning Blue and Infantry Graduation

Beautiful and clean property located close to mostly everything. 20 mins from Fort Moore. Plenty of room and wonderful kitchen and grill/patio area. We had a great time with family and our soldier! We would definitely stay again!

Had a great time, only recommendation would be climate control in the tri-level. Main level was ice cold and other levels were not. Thanks for letting us enjoy. We’ll be back down in December

Such a wonderful place to stay!

Everyone absolutely loved this home! We had a large group, however, we did not feel on top of each other. We had everything we could possibly need. From spices to shampoo and toilet paper. We loved the game room and even sat outside a bit. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for opening your home to us. We felt right at home.

Wonderful home

Our family got together for the holidays. The house held all of us very comfortably. Owner super quick to respond with any questions. The outside fire pit and game room were a hit! Would definitely stay here again.

Turning Green Military Graduation

This place was absolutely perfect for our family! It was clean and well put together with plenty of room for our whole family!! The manager was awesome thru the entire process and even after we left! 10/10 would definitely recommend! If we are ever back in GA we will book again!

Pos and neg

Pos: very spacious, nice fenced in yard, great patio,everyone enjoyed the game room, nice deck for grilling, nice quiet neighborhood Neg: needs better house cleaning service, looked like soda spilt on the patio in a couple of different areas, counter tops was sticky, ash trays still full, cooking utensils for grill dirty, gate needed repaired, outlet covers missing. All in all it was a nice house just needed better cleaning and some extra maintenance, if going back down to that area, i would consider renting this house again

The Rental process was extremely easy. I did get emails that contradicted confirmation and instructions of check-in. Property manager was extremely nice. We did have some issues with cleanliness of the property. The neighborhood was quiet but in a rough area. If this had been a real family vacation it would have been a huge disappointment. But it made do for what we needed it for

Nice spacious home with plenty of areas to hang out.

Overall our stay was great. Home was nicely decorated and had pretty much everything we needed even extra little goodies here and there. Rooms had window units to help with cooling the home down on this heat which was wonderful! Neighborhood felt safe and quite. We liked that the driveway had a gate that allowed us to close everything in and keep unwanted visitors out. The layout of the house was nice my mom actually wants the house only if we could pick it up and move it to Virginia with us. I could pick apart things but won't because it didn't effect our stay just minor cosmetic things I'd fix. Any problems we had were fixed promptly like bringing us a brand new coffee pot and having the exterminators come not once but twice to help with ants. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever visiting Fort Moore again.

In-law become family.

The house met all of our expectation. The backyard was amazing. The house was very roomy. The furniture wasn't overwhelming. Love the color patterns throughout the house. NEGATIVE: The back door keyless entry wasn't the best. The cleaning crew should do a better job of cleaning. Full bath upstairs had dirty wash cloth hang on the back of the door. The toilet had hair and dried pee on the back side. The shower drain had hair and the shower head didn't have any pressure. We found an open condom in cabinet of the downstairs bedroom. It was ice cream, ice, juice and water left inside the refrigerator. LASTLY, Something kept tripping the power in the living room. This make seem like a lot of negative but my family really enjoyed our stay. We travel with cleaning supplies so we had no issue their. As far as the condom we just didn't use that bedroom. And we know that good thorough cleaners are hard to find.

I lived in this home for 10 years. The house has been completely renovated. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, laminate floors, jacuzzi tub with rain shower. Game room with bar, flat screen and pool table. Fenced backyard BBQ grill, fire pit and lighting. Perfect for hosting a family gathering.
