Brand new 3 BR/2B home in the Villages. This home is located in the newest area of the villages, the Village of St. Catherine. Come this fall of 2021 a 5 minute walk will get you to the newest attractions including Sawgrass Grove, Ezell recreational center, multiple swimming pools, pickleball courts, championship golf courses, and nightly entertainment. Community pool is currently open. The house is newly furnished and equipped with everything you need to make your stay an enjoyable one!

Great location!

It was nice to be close to family who live in a nearby neighborhood. The trips to Sawgrass were plentiful and enjoyable. Nice, clean accommodations!

Best Place we have ever stayed!

This house is close to one of the regional recreation centers as well as a recreation pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and location. The house was super clean and easy to use. It also has a sweet lanai! Everything was as posted and it was a delight. I hope to stay in this exact house again.

Christmas stay near “grandma”

This was a perfect place for a family of 4 with 2 adult children. It had everything my sister’s family needed and it was walking distance to Ezell and Sawgrass. Perfect to visit grandma without actually staying in her house. Would definitely stay again.

Disappointing stay

We had to reach out to get code key. Upon entry beds were unmade, dirty kitchen, dirty laundry and place was not clean. I thought someone was staying in house. We brought in food to cook and family arriving. We had to leave for 3 hours to have the place cleaned up. We had to spend more money going out to eat. Food we bought we had to throw away for we travel by air. Once we got back in the sheets were dirty and had to rewash all towels. Couch is not a pullout so house only sleeps 6. Not much attention to detail. Disappointed

Villager for the week

Property located in new section of the sprawling Villages area of Florida between Ocala and Orlando, near Leesburg. Modern, new!, comfortable property which is similar to all other houses in the Villages. Golf car culture quite evident with actually parallel golf car intra-community trail system including tunnels at major intersections. Groceries, some restaurants within 15 minute drive from deep in the subsection. Property is not in the early part of the Villages where many of the major retailers and restaurants are represented. New restaurants and an activity area are in construction in this new community within the Villages. Amenities were certainly available, such as cornhole, pools, bocce, walking trails, bike trails, putting 18 hole course, fee available golf. Our week was purposely for a family visit with older Leesburg residents and the property was perfectly suited for five adults and two toddlers. Manatee day trip one hour to the west was easy and convenient. Easy drive to Leesburg's Venetian Garden park and the ball field for Leesburg's team in the summer wood bat collegiate baseball league. Florida's Turnpike and I-75 is very close by for travel into and out of the state from points north. Not as convenient for I-95, but the backroads from Jacksonville to The Villages are scenic. This property is perfect for a senior couple wishing to sample the "Villager" life, or for a family visit in the Leesburg-Wildwood area of Florida. Recommended short trip to Yahala to the east on county road 48 for the German bakery and moonshine craft distillery.
