Lovely 2 bedroom and 2 bath patio villa in the Village, FL (Buttonwood Community).

Home is close to 3 main executive golf courses: Tarpon Boil, Redfish Run, Bonita Pass. As well as close to the Fish Hawk Rec Center and Buttonwood pool. Not to mention that Sumter Landing is just down the road!

Families are welcome, but a crib/pack and play is not provided at this time so please bring your own. The garage has enough space for your car as well as the INCLUDED 4 SEAT GOLF CART!

Guests will have access to the 1.5 car garage as well as the driveway. Primary modes of transportations around The Villages is by golf cart, car, walking, and biking.

You are more than welcome to reach out via phone, email, or through message. I am usually very quick to reply, particularly on check-in and check-out days.

Additionally: Basic Guest passes to access the pools and other activities at the villages are available with 1 weeks notice. Requests for guest passes must include: Full name, home address, age, and date of birth for everyone in the home.

Premium passes can be purchased directly by the guests at the Mulberry Rec Center for $50 per pass. This will allow access to certain pools as well as the executive golf courses.

Next door is our home manager who can also be of assistance during your stay and will answer any questions you may have.

Winter Vaca 2025

Stayed at this location for the month of March. Would have liked to have gotten the temporary resident pass so I could schedule golf without going thru friends. Nice house that must be used as rental property only. Would recommend adding a dresser in the spare bedroom and new flooring in the primary bedroom.

Great stay

We loved the location of the home. It’s located between Brownwood and Sumter. The golf cart was a big plus, and having Gloria next door was awesome.

A nicely decorated two bedroom two bath courtyard Villa

We were there 77 days. The owner came to the area and checked in on us. He was very gracious and helpful because the golf cart battery died. He fixed it in record time. We enjoyed three golf courses nearby. The Nextdoor neighbor was the person to call if needed. “Gloria” was terrific. She was friendly and always asked how we were doing. Nice place to stay.

A Great Place to Stay

This property was a great place to stay while we enjoyed The Villages. Came with a golf cart and they had us sent up with guest passes when we arrived. The place was clean and had what we needed. Good communication from owner and Gloria who was the local contact. Would stay here again when we are in the area.
