Vacation Home for rent in Mesa, AZ 55+

Monte Vista Resort is a 55+ gated community. This is a very safe and quiet community with full time security. There are many free activities for renters including 5 pools, 3 hot tubs, many pickle ball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, putting green, softball, card groups, golf outings and many more too numerous to mention.

The house is equipped with everything you need-just bring your clothes. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils/some basic seasonings. There is a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster and much more. The main living area has dining seating for six, couch, recliners, internet and a Samsung smart tv. There is a full sized washer and dryer. The patio area has a grill and patio set which seats 4. Pickleball paddles, hiking sticks and pool noodles are provided for your use. There is off street parking for one car. Two person max occupancy

The master bedroom has a king size bed, an ensuite bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower and a Samsung smart tv. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a closet, dresser and access to the second bath with tub/shower combo.

There are many activities in the area. Shopping and dining are very nearby. You can be as busy as you wish - or you can comfortably relax in the wonderful Arizona environment.

Wonderful holiday

The house was great, clean, comfortable and in a good location. The resort was very quiet in May so it was like we had the place to ourselves. We will definitely book again!

Great Space

Wonderful place!

This was a lovely stay! Check in was easy and the community felt very safe and secure. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked, everything was super clean and the place was very comfortable. Randy was super helpful, sending us the community's activities each week so we could plan to participate in some great tours and activities. Bike rides were great in the early am, and the neighbors were friendly and helpful. A great stay - highly recommended!

Monte Vista Happy Place

My mom and I had a great day at "Our Happy Place". The home is well-appointed and super clean, the location is convenient, and the hosts are very gracious. Communications with the hosts and property manner were easy and timely. If I ever have a need to stay in Mesa in the future, I would be happy to return to "Our Happy Place".

The property is in a great location close to pools and baseball and other activities. The property is spotless and comes with all the home items. I enjoyed everything about the property and the big TV was great. Very close to restaurants and nearby shopping and superstition mountains. A great rental and enjoyed the whole experience.

Like being at home

It had everything I needed. The notebook the owner provided had most of the information I needed. I would suggest supplying the calendar which lists activities for current month. Also, for recycling purposes the dates of pickup since it is every other Thursday. I like a firm bed so these were a little softer than I like. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in that area. Also, grocery store is very close.

Lovely place

My sister and I stayed here at Christmas. My husband was not able to stay due to the massive flight cancellations that happened. The Salzers are wonderful hosts. Very attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. The property is quite roomy with 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms. All of the necessities are provided as well as some extras such as a Smart TV and Alexa. It was updated and “spic and span”. The area was very quiet. Since this is an RV resort you have tons of activities available. We were very busy with family and were not able to partake. The location is ideal with a grocery store just around the corner and the freeway is less than a mile away. The next time we are in the area we will definitely check the availability of this property. Highly recommended!

Clean and comfortable

This place was clean and comfortable. The price was right, and the location is convenient. If you're looking for a place with good outdoor space to hang out, this is not necessarily it...as there is a small driveway patio, and neighbors very close on all sides. Otherwise, it's great!!

Comfortable and clean, great amenities

We had a very pleasant stay. I was in Phoenix for major surgery and the home was very easy for me to get around. The beds were super comfortable, always a concern for us. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and it is larger than it appeared in the photos. The pools and tennis courts were fantastic and the resort had lots of friendly people. Randy and Barb were extremely accommodating and great hosts. They prepared a binder with everything needed for a great stay and were always available to answer questions. We really felt at home. We would recommend to friends and family.

We are a former music teacher and dental hygienist from North Dakota. We are currently retired and love spending some time in Arizona hiking, swimming, playing pickleball and enjoying the sunny days. Our grandkids are the joy of our lives so we also love spending time with them.

We purchased this property as a winter get-away for ourselves. This is a well-maintained property in a quiet area of the park. You will have all the comforts of home when you stay here.
