Unit located on desirable third floor communal deck/patio level with own private patio on more-quiet-east- side with easy-outside-access to pool and hot tub. Includes own laundry facilities, full kitchen and dining area, fast Wifi. MOST-CONVENIENT-PARKING-space on upper-gated-parking-level; close to entrance-to-stairs and elevator and easy in and out access for larger pick-up-trucks. Across the street from the beach (with kids play area) and boat rentals, 5 minutes to major grocery outlets, fast food, and liquor store. 1 hour to Big white Ski Hill or Silver Star Mtn.

Pool time and beaches

Enjoyed our stay close to many beaches and spent plenty of time using the pool and hot tub at playa del sol. Good, clean setup for our family to enjoy.

Great place

From check in to check out our hosts were excellent. The unit was spotless and very comfortable. There was an issue with the air conditioning on our floor but when we called Glenn and Karla, they responded very quickly to help get the problem resolved. We would definitely stay again.

Very convenient to family living in Kelowna

Many family members were gathering in Kelowna for the funeral of one of our elderly relatives. We wanted a place not only to sleep but to host a few meals for visiting with various cousins, uncles and aunts. The unit we chose served all our purposes, was convenient to the grocery store, had a super parking place and even provided great access to the lake and parks for walking.

Meh

It was a decent space, but the beds are terrible. like hurt your back and wake up grumpy level :( The space was convenient and easy to access. Our only complaint beyond the beds was it very odorous, and from the moment we stepped in it bothered us- not from anything in particular- just stinky all around. Maybe the couches? We couldn't figure it out, but they had multiple air fresheners plugged in to try and overpower the odor, which tells me it was noticed by others. A very basic unit that gets the job done but priced very high for what you get.

Avoid staying here

Carla and Glenn were awful to communicate with, we had to ask VRBO to contact them directly, and even then took multiple phone calls to reach. They then lectured us on their anti-vax COVID conspiracy nonsense when we informed them that we had to cancel our vacation because we and our infant son were sick. We were hoping for sympathy, or at least understanding, but instead they were incredibly dismissive and ignorant. I would implore you to spend your money elsewhere.

Great location, musty unit

Could not ask for a more perfect location. Bathtub did not drain very fast and the Unit had a distinct musty smell. I mentioned it to the property manager who offered an air freshener and said to contact the owner. I reached out to the owners the day we checked in and Owners responded the day we checked out. They said the cause was previous renter smoked in the unit.

Wedding stay

The beds were substandard as were the linens and pillows. The kitchen was quite well equipped but was lacking any baking dishes for the oven. The temperature in the unit was impossible to control. As soon as the roaring air conditioning was turned off the temperature would soar to 75 in minutes. The lighting needs to be better. The kitchen area is cavelike. On the plus side, the couch and chair were very comfortable and the variety of TV cable options was appreciated. Note that our rating for the building manager was not a reflection of any negative interaction. We had no contact with anyone in that capacity

The unit was clean, comfortable and fairly well equipped. If there was one thing to improve, it would be the mattress. A pillow top mattress would be a nice comfortable improvement. It’s not a big deal and I would definitely book this unit again
