Stort stort sovrum med king size-säng och miljoner dollar utsikt över stadens ljus. Koppla tillbaka och koppla av i trädgården badkaret i det stora master badet. Nästan ett halvt tunnland med hästsko pit och enorma redwood däck. Du kommer att känna att du är på toppen av världen när du njuter av lugn och ro utan några bakgrannar. Cul-de-sac plats. Trådlöst internet via din bärbara dator. Hot tub på däck är inte för gästbruk och ingår inte i hyran. Inga evenemangsfester eller husfester tillåtna. Amazing outdoor space

In the middle of a neighborhood but the outdoor living space feels totally private. Very peaceful and quiet with an amazing view over Reno. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor kitchen and fire pit area were delightful. The living room is awkwardly laid out and not comfortable for TV viewing but it would be difficult to organize the space in another fashion. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Stunning setting

This home was the perfect getaway for my family. Two adult couples shared the three bedroom, two and a half bath home comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for dual cooks. The living room was comfortable and cozy as well. The best part was the outdoor space!!! We sat around the fire pit each night and watched downtown Reno come alive with all the sparkle and glitz it possesses. This home would be ideal for couples , families or a friends' getaway. It's in a beautiful neighborhood and close to downtown and the airport. The owner thought of everything to make the stay easy and comfortable. I'd highly recommend this home!!!!!

My family’s favorite rental!

This house was literally our favorite rental house of all time! Exactly as advertised. Truly amazing views. Fantastic bbq. Just a great, comfortable, relaxing and private property. Highly highly recommended!!

We really enjoyed our stay here.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect and, the view of Reno at night was beautiful. Shelly (the owner) gave us an early check in and, she even checked on us to see how we were doing midway through our stay. My wife and I would definitely stay here again and, I would highly recommend this property to anyone who plans on staying in the Reno/Tahoe area.

Best House I have stayed in

The house was very clean, well stocked, comfortable and the Views and the out door area was amazing. I even got to what some quail, and bunny running in around in the morning while sitting outside watching the sun rise. This will definitely be the only place I stay when in Reno

Great yard and view

Had a great time at Shelly’s property. Spent almost all the time in the backyard enjoying the beautiful view, bbq, and fire pit. Very private, also has horseshoes. Kitchen had everything we needed. Also, bbq and fire pit fired up nice and easy. Great location with some excellent restaurants a few minutes away. Would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous Home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! It was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting out in the backyard at night and enjoying the city lights. It is very centrally located to grocery shopping and restaurants as well as not being far from downtown. Very relaxing stay!

Clean and beautiful view!

We stayed for a baseball tournament in Sparks and this was the perfect location. Plenty of space to stretch out and a backyard with a view to die for.

Beautiful, Conveniently Located

This house is right off Hwy 80, not far from the interchange with 395. That makes it very convenient for getting around. The owner was prompt and professional in her communication. The view from the back porch is spectacular. There are several wonderful places to eat within walking distance. All in all, I do not hesitate to recommend this location for your Reno/Tahoe needs!

Excellent House Rental - Very Clean and Comfortable. BONUS: Shelly Is A Fantastic Host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Reno stay over a week for a family reunion in this house. Shelly is a fantastic host and is genuinely concerned about ensuring that your stay is as good as possible. Everything at the house is clearly marked for ease of use (i.e. Wi-Fi, appliances, outside firepit, etc) and extremely well organized. We're a bit picky about having a house that is clean and this house didn't disappoint. We highly recommend this house and Shelly who was extremely professional in all dealings. Enjoy!

Nice and quiet

We really enjoyed our stay here over Father's Day weekend. We got up early just to sit out back and enjoy the birds. The views are wonderful. The kids loved the park close by. The house offered everything we needed. The only downside is the upstairs is very creaky. And we couldn't use the hot tub.

Reno Home

We stayed here for a week with our son and family and had a wonderful time. My grandson played in a basketball tournament and this location was very convenient for getting to the various facilities for his games. House is very nice and has everything we needed and the views were awesome form the back porch!

UNBELIEVABLE and EXTRAORDINARY HOME

If you are considering a home in Reno, NV you need not look any further. This home is beyond belief for its location, comfort, cleanliness, with every amenity of home. It comes complete with every cooking item required to make you feel as if you are in your own kitchen with many extras which makes preparing meals very easy. The location is only10 minutes away from the downtown and casino area and only 15 minutes to the Convention center. The views at night of the city lights and the day time views of the snow capped mountains are incredible. The owner has put in a brand new outdoor gas grill that was easy to operate and provide us with a great outdoor grilling experience. Having the outdoor fire pit lit in the evenings was a real joy for everyone not to mention the gas fireplace in the house. The owner is probably the best part of this property as she actively involved with the home and was very accessible and prompt in responding to any questions we had on the communications with the property not to mention the home is very user friendly and beautiful. I should also mention that this house sits on a Cul-de-sac with a view and very good neighbors. It is located within minutes of a local shopping center from the property for all and every necessity you could thick of. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and upon our return to Reno we would not hesitate in renting this property again. Perfect home for the Holidays

This rental home was perfect for our month long stay. The proximity to our family in the Reno area couldn't have been better and the accommodations were ideal for our out of town adult children to join us for Christmas and New Years. Shelly provided everything we needed which made it so easy to relax and enjoy our family. The neighborhood is quiet yet shopping is close enough we walked to get the morning paper. The view is spectacular and was perfect New Years Eve. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Graduation Property

This was a wonderful place to stay for my son's graduation from UNR and we paid less for the whole house than we would have for just the 2 of us at a different property that would have been our second choice. We had 4 of us staying there and a family/friend get together for the graduation. My son-in-law is sad that he waited to long to book it for the Air Races in September. If we have several of us going to Reno in the future, we will definitely check to see if we can stay there. The owner was very prompt in getting back to us when needed.

GREAT views of Reno lights and mountains!

This home provided a great venue for a reunion with family. We slept 7 comfortably. It is a 3 bedroom home (sleeping 2 in each room) - all bedrooms upstairs - and our daughter slept on the hide-a-bed in the family room. The owner, Shelly, was very responsive and proactively checked in with me shortly after arrival via email to see if we had any questions or needed anything. The kitchen was well stocked. The hardwood floors were gorgeous. The home is nestled into a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac so the view was surprising once you enter the home. We enjoyed travelling to the Animal Ark Wildlife Refuge (about 30 min drive). Highly Recommended! Also did a day trip to Virginia City and my daughters, mother and I also discovered the Junkee Clothing Exchange (a must see! - voted in top 20 in the US for vintage clothing stores). Also included was a circus circus visit for the kids and a visit to the Nugget Diner to try the famous Awful Awful burger (awful big & awful good). It was true to it's reputation. Exceeded Expectations

This was our first time using VRBO and we had several folks traveling into town for a wedding. Our host, Shelly, was very responsive, supportive, and wonderful. The house was immaculate, very quiet, comfortable, and spacious. We had everything we needed for our stay and found some great food places within walking distance. We are very pleased and highly recommend this great home and hostess.

I have owned this home since it was built. It is a spectacular home with million dollar views and located in a 24 hour town with numerous events. Reno is a small town & easy to navigate. It is a very dry climate with a distinct change of seasons that we all love. There are water sports in the summer & snow skiing in the winter. Lake Tahoe is sometimes called the 8th wonder of the world & is just a short drive.
