Husbeskrivning: En nivÄ, enfamiljshus med modern inredning i ett mycket lugnt omrÄde i nordvÀstra Reno. Kort bilresa till nÀstan allt, UnR 1. 7 miles, Reno Arch 3 miles, Convention Center 9 miles (15 m), Reno Airport 11 miles (12 min), SkidÄkning 35 miles.

Huset sover 6 i de 3 sovrummen.
Snabb WIFI, CentralvÀrme och luftkonditionering i hela huset och var och en av de 3 sovrummen som sin egen TV / kabelbox.
Helt nya trÀgolv i gemensamma utrymmen.
-Master sovrum: King size-sÀng, badrum (tillgÀngligt handikapp), skjutdörr till bakdÀck.
-TvÄ andra sovrum: Queen size-sÀngar.
-Mycket rymligt familjebadrum med badkar / duschkombo.
-Kök: Stor gasspis / ugn plus alla nödvÀndiga matlagningsmoduler för att förbereda mÄltider hemma.
-Spisebord med plats för upp till 6 personer (4 stolar och 2 stolar).
-Brand ny Gas BBQ pÄ dÀck (7/18), precis utanför köket tillgÀngligt med glas skjutdörrar.
-Bakens baksida har ett stort dÀck för att Àta utomhus eller bara njuta av utsikten medan du smutar pÄ morgonkaffe. DÀck Äteruppstod just (juli '18)

Det finns gÄng- och mountainbikespÄr bokstavligen i vÄr trÀdgÄrd vid Evans Canyon och skidorter Àr 35min -1 timme.

Evans Canyon Àr en 3. 5 mil slinga som anses vara en lÀtt spÄr. För nÄgot lite lÀngre bort finns Keystone som Àr en del av Peavine Peak. Det finns San Rafael Park ocksÄ i nÀrheten av huset.

The house is in the norther part of Reno near downtown and is close to many activities. We chose this house because of the deck that overlooked the canyon and hills. Unfortunately we did not get to use the deck as it was mostly covered with bird droppings and the patio furniture was piled up behind a picnic table. Inside, the house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The TV did not have cable or local TV channels, but Amazon Prime was available to use.

Clean, spacious, and everything you need

It was a beautiful contemporary home having a relaxing vibe inside, plus it accommodated all the basic necessities we needed for our stay, including all the cookware, utensils, etc in the kitchen to cook all our meals. Overall, this home was very comfortable for our family of 6. Megan was an excellent host and responded promptly to any questions we had. I would stay here again.

This home is immaculately kept; it is warm, inviting, and in a quiet neighborhood. The owners, Megan and Robbie, are very quick to respond to any questions or challenges that our stay produced. When an issue did crop up, Megan worked tirelessly to make sure the issue was resolved and our stay was comfortable. We are humbled by her sweet and caring attention to our needs. We came for an event in Reno, but the house is also nicely situated with easy access for day trips to Carson City (and the Nevada Train Museum), Virginia City, and Lake Tahoe. With the seeming scarcity of dog-friendly pet homes in the area, we would highly recommend staying here to give yourself and your pets a stress-free place to rest and relax. Oh, and don't forget to take advantage of the deck in the evening when the wind kicks up, it takes with it any part of the day's heat.

Great views and perfect when accessibility is a must!

We stayed here with my Aunt who uses a wheelchair and 4 other adults. The home was great for accessibility- toilets were a bit low so would suggest bringing a riser if you’re visiting with limited mobility. Loved the views and the location. Close to town but in a nice quiet neighborhood that was friendly for walks. Kitchen was nicely stocked.. would book again if we visit Reno again. Host was easy to teach and flexible with our plans.

The home was perfect for us! It is easy to get around town from the house. The house was very clean. There is a beautiful and peaceful view from the back porch. Everything you need is provided, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. I highly recommend this home!

Hi. We are Megan and Robbie. We have been visiting Reno since 1994 and finally made the plunge and moved here in 2019. This house used to be where we stayed for our vacation so now it is a short term rental.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This is a very special home. For a little home it feels very spacious. The hallways are wide, as are all of the access ways. It was built for a handicap couple back in the mid 80s. The pictures don't capture well enough the sense of space that the home offers. All of the rooms offer very comfortable beds. The best thing about the house is that it is close to everything. 8 min to downtown reno, 3 min to UnR, 10 min to the airport and within 8 min you are on I80 west to hit the slopes. The neighborhood is very quiet with very little pass through traffic. The house backs up to a Nature reserve so it is peaceful and beautiful.
