Välkommen till ditt Reno fritidshus!

Oavsett om du är här för att delta i ett evenemang, åka skidor Tahoe eller mountainbike Peavine, kommer du att älska vårt mycket bekväma 1450 kvadratmeter stora hem med 3 BR och 2BA.

Husbeskrivning: En nivå, enfamiljshus med modern inredning i ett mycket lugnt område i nordvästra Reno. Kort bilresa till nästan allt, UnR 1. 7 miles, Reno Arch 3 miles, Convention Center 9 miles (15 m), Reno Airport 11 miles (12 min), Skidåkning 35 miles.

Huset sover 6 i de 3 sovrummen.
Snabb WIFI, Centralvärme och luftkonditionering i hela huset och var och en av de 3 sovrummen som sin egen TV / kabelbox.
Helt nya trägolv i gemensamma utrymmen.
-Master sovrum: King size-säng, badrum (tillgängligt handikapp), skjutdörr till bakdäck.
-Två andra sovrum: Queen size-sängar.
-Mycket rymligt familjebadrum med badkar / duschkombo.
-Kök: Stor gasspis / ugn plus alla nödvändiga matlagningsmoduler för att förbereda måltider hemma.
-Spisebord med plats för upp till 6 personer (4 stolar och 2 stolar).
-Brand ny Gas BBQ på däck (7/18), precis utanför köket tillgängligt med glas skjutdörrar.
-Bakens baksida har ett stort däck för att äta utomhus eller bara njuta av utsikten medan du smutar på morgonkaffe. Däck återuppstod just (juli '18)

Det finns gång- och mountainbikespår bokstavligen i vår trädgård vid Evans Canyon och skidorter är 35min -1 timme.

Evans Canyon är en 3. 5 mil slinga som anses vara en lätt spår. För något lite längre bort finns Keystone som är en del av Peavine Peak. Det finns San Rafael Park också i närheten av huset.

Great views and perfect when accessibility is a must!

We stayed here with my Aunt who uses a wheelchair and 4 other adults. The home was great for accessibility- toilets were a bit low so would suggest bringing a riser if you’re visiting with limited mobility. Loved the views and the location. Close to town but in a nice quiet neighborhood that was friendly for walks. Kitchen was nicely stocked.. would book again if we visit Reno again. Host was easy to teach and flexible with our plans.

The owner promptly responded to all our communications.Mike, the maintenance man, was great in helping to set things up.All the consumables like soaps, shampoos and paper goods were provided.Plenty of cooking utensils The beds were greatTwo issues with the deck are lots of pigeon poop and the deck needs painting. Was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the house. It could really use a deep cleaning ie.. rugs need to be replaced, I don't think they would even come clean with a shampoo. Dishwasher ra k was broken

Vacation

We came to Reno for a Nevada basketball game and a college wrestling tournament. Location was perfect, house was as advertised! No issues at all! Would choose this venue again!

Great view and location

We were in Reno for UNR graduation and this location was perfect. The view from the back deck was amazing. The home was pretty clean, although I’d suggest the living room carpet be steam cleaned and we did have to clean the oven as it smoked when we first tried to use it. The kitchen was well stocked. The WiFi was slow if you’re trying to do work from the home. Overall it was a great base for graduation.

Clean and Quiet

We were visiting family that lives in Reno. House was clean and furnishings were in clean condition. Our family lives on the ither side of Reno, but it was less than 20 minutes because the house is 2 minutes from the freeway. Just be aware that the wind is very loud because of the landscape. We thought a train was going by, but nope, just the wind 😂 Wonderful property, will definitely be on our list every year when we go back!

Great place to stay!

The home was perfect for us! It is easy to get around town from the house. The house was very clean. There is a beautiful and peaceful view from the back porch. Everything you need is provided, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. I highly recommend this home!

Very nice rental

This was our second time staying and it is still very nice. Hosts are great! Very responsive. The only problem we really had was with the neighbors parking cars all around the home so we had to block the driveway since we had 3 cars but that is not the hosts fault. The home is quiet, clean, handclapped accessible, and well stocked. We will definitely stay again

Nice stay for the weekend

We came to Reno for my daughter's graduation. We rented this house because of the close proximity to the school. It was perfect! It was comfortable and cozy. It was an easy 5 minute, or less, drive to campus.

Peaceful getaway

This house was so comfortable to stay in. We really felt at home. Large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry and a beautiful deck to enjoy the beautiful view of the canyon in the backyard. The owners were always quick to respond with questions. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great house, good location, quiet neighborhood, minor inconveniences

Very comfortable; well stocked kitchen items, We chose this house because it has a great walk in shower since my husband is disabled. Nice quiet neighborhood, convenient location. We had minor issues: Burned out light bulbs in the kitchen and master bath. At night the kitchen was very dark while trying to cook. There was no spare bulb. My son checked and it is some kind of special plug in bulb. The house manual says there are normal day to day cleaning products under the sink. Not the case. Nothing to clean up spills, etc. except paper towels and water. No gloves, no swiffer sheets, as stated. I should have taken a pic of what the manual said was supposed to be there. And the family bath door does not lock. Otherwise we were very pleased with the house.

Handicap Accessible

The house was very comfortable and well stocked. My mom needed handicapped accessible and the house is just that. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Hosts were great. Very responsive. Only complaint I have is all the road work. At times it took a bit to get out of the area however, the hosts aren't to blame for that. We definitely will stay here again in the future.

Nice Place, Good Hosts, Would Stay Again

The listing is very accurate in describing this house. There were no surprises for us when we arrived and entered. It had everything we needed, and when we went shopping for the week, we just needed food and drink. We were in Reno for Hot August Nights, and the home is close enough to the HAN venues that it was no trouble going back and forth. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was large enough to move around in, and the dining room table was big enough for us. We talked about it, and when we come back again in 2024, we would definitely see if we could rent this place again. The only drawback, and this is not the host's fault, is the construction going on in the neighborhood and the roads are in pretty poor shape with badly filled areas from previous work done. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Hi. We are Megan and Robbie. We have been visiting Reno since 1994 and finally made the plunge and moved here in 2019. This house used to be where we stayed for our vacation so now it is a short term rental.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This is a very special home. For a little home it feels very spacious. The hallways are wide, as are all of the access ways. It was built for a handicap couple back in the mid 80s. The pictures don't capture well enough the sense of space that the home offers. All of the rooms offer very comfortable beds. The best thing about the house is that it is close to everything. 8 min to downtown reno, 3 min to UnR, 10 min to the airport and within 8 min you are on I80 west to hit the slopes. The neighborhood is very quiet with very little pass through traffic. The house backs up to a Nature reserve so it is peaceful and beautiful.
