Welcome to our superb flat in the heart of Paris
We are delighted to present our flat, perfectly located on the Grands Boulevards, just a few steps from the Musée Grévin. This charming, tastefully decorated, spacious, bright, family-friendly and fully-equipped flat offers you an exceptional experience in the heart of Parisian life, and is ideal for couples, families or friends (sleeps 6).

Spacious Paris apt

Lovely apt with beautiful light- plenty of space for 5 guests. The space- 3 good size bedrooms with comfortable beds- 2 very quiet at the back- 2 great bathrooms and a beautiful front room/dining area/kitchen The amenities- excellent linens! Nespresso machine with older pods- dishwasher and amazingly a washer-dryer! The location -right next to 3 metro kines walking to louvre- the marais- opera Definitely would return

Good quality apartment

Our overall impressions were favorable. Three good bedrooms, three good, modern bathrooms (great showers), good WiFi, large kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. The dishwasher wasn’t functioning but we didn’t really need it. A bit noisy in the front bedroom and kitchen but tolerable. Quick walks to the Marais, Pompidou Center, Louvre etc. But also right next to a metro stop that will take you all over town.

Old but quaint; just over a Kebab restaurant on a very busy street.

Very quaint somewhat old with renovated new bathrooms, apartment has few electric problems. Payment done through management company not VRBO. A hefty deposit required which was not disclosed beforehand. Overall okay I guess was hoping for not so busy area.

As Described!

The listing is an accurate description. The location is perfect for walking to any part of Paris to get the best experience as a local or to use the metro easily located on the corner! The flat fulfills all basic needs with multiple washrooms which is essential when traveling with others. The flat is located above a busy street and restaurant so for anyone sleeping in the front bedroom earplugs may help but as someone who grew up in a big city the noise did not bother me. The management company was readily available and assisted as needed! Thank you for a lovely experience!

Paris Stay

Overall the flat was spacious and comfortable for a family of six. The bedrooms, the kitchen, and bathrooms had been updated and the apartment had the necessary amenities. It was nice that the apartment was close to the theatres and the subway but unfortunately it was on a busy street so it was impossible to sleep through the night if you were in the front bedroom. You can hear all of the chaos taking place which meant we did not get a good night's rest. The view from the apartment is of a homeless man and a building with graffiti. Although we felt safe inside the apartment, the neighborhood and the building were in a slightly rough neighborhood. Be aware of the scammers in the subway!! Yhe loactio

Generously sized flat, helpful management, good location

We thoroughly enjoyed the flat itself. Bedrooms comfortable, bathrooms (2 showers! 2 toilets!) commodious, kitchen sleek and ample. Plenty of restaurants and activities (theaters, which we didn’t take advantage of) nearby. A diverse and slightly gritty neighborhood. We had an issue checking in, and the management (walking distance) made every effort to remedy the situation, and genially. However, our “early check-in” for which we paid had been overlooked (but we were credited—I think). Other caveats: we booked this place in part because of the elevator, which did not work. This was a difficulty because the stairs to the 1st (2nd, in U.S.) floor were winding, narrow and dimly lit. Young folks will have no problem, but our party included an 80-year-old with some mobility limitations. Also, the restaurant below could be noisy at times. However, if location and roomy, atmospheric surroundings are your priorities, this classic yet updated apartment will meet your needs and expectations. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

Da an der Straße gelegen, ist es für ein Schlafzimmer Nachts etwas laut, sonst alles perfekt, genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Selbstversorgung und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
