Air conditioned suite provides a convenient walkout access to Sunset Drive. This is one of Kelowna’s luxury first class resort accommodations located in the heart of downtown Kelowna. This resort offers panoramic views of the city and mountains along with stunning views of Okanagan Lake. Being located right on the Waterfront, there are miles of waterfront walkways offering visitors a relaxing park-like setting. You are within walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants! Or, you could enjoy one of the two pools and hot tubs located on the 3rd floor pool deck! If you are feeling more productive, there is a fully equipped gym and amenities rooms with relaxing sofas, TV’s, Pool & Ping Pong table.

Located on the Second Floor, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath Suite features Street views of Sunset Drive! The Master bedroom provides a King bed with an Ensuite bathroom, The second bedroom has two twin twin beds(T2K). This suite also features a Main Bathroom, and an open concept living and dining area. This suite accommodates 4.

Equipped with TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms. Cable service along with high speed Wi-Fi (internet). This fully equipped suite comes with kitchen dining for 6 including a blender, toaster, coffee maker, bath towels, bed linens, an in-suite washer/dryer with laundry detergent and BBQ on the patio. Within the secured, undercover building parkade you will find a reserved SINGLE car space.

Property was overall very good , location is ideal to down town kelowna and walking distance to almost everything . Would stay here again

We took our kids on a vacation after they got out of school for the summer. The property was located downtown within walking distance of restaurants and shops. It was perfect for our needs.

Superb location, building and unit were average.

Too notch location in downtown Kelowna. City beach in your backyard and all the amenities in easy walking distance. Building was undergoing maintenance with some disruptions to the unit during our stay including some of the pools being out of service. Communication from property mgmt was acceptable dealing with queries. Unit has had some upgrades but they are incomplete with some construction still required as of first week July. Well stocked with amenities in kitchen etc. plus lots of linens. Would be nice to have more hooks (et on back of the doors etc) for hanging beach stuff. Otherwise decently appointed with all the basics for a summer stay.

Great stay but rough first impression

We really enjoyed our stay at this residence. It is near the beach and all the night life. However, outside the Property Managers offices, a pretty rough crowd was observed which we had to walk right past them to reach the offices. Once we entered the suite, we immediately noticed the door had been broken into using pry bars, etc. and did not close well. We were told there was a flood and the fire department needed to break into the suite recently. Fortunately, we didn't have further problems with the door. The suite had a horrible odour upon entry. We assume it was a drain trap dried allowing the odour to enter the suite. After running all taps for a while and $20 worth of febreeze, all good. Again our stay was great after the initial bad first impressions.

Good size condo in a great location

Conveniently located steps away from the boardwalk and a short walk to Ellis st, the unit was clean and the check-in process smooth. Additionally, the property manager was very accommodating to let me drop my bags off in the unit early since I was going to an event. I did not use the amenities as I didn't have time. The water was out due to some maintenance work one day, but it was a minor inconvenience and there were signs to notify the tenants ahead of time. Overall, very happy with the stay.

First family vacation as a family to Kelowna. The location of unit was great, and the room suited our family well. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

Great location nice condo

Our family really enjoyed our visit to Kelowna…largely due to the fantastic location. Loved being close to the beach and waterfront. Condo was decently equipped however there were some cleanliness issues and a couple of light sockets in ensuite and living room didn’t work. Overall good experience.
