If location is everything to you then this condo in the Discovery Bay Resort is the place for you! Within a few minutes walk you are close to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, restaurants, the casino, Prospera Place, and MOST important beaches and Parks! Why stay in a hotel with little more than a bed and bathroom when you can have a fully furnished condo?!

This suite is on the 3rd Floor of the South building with ease of access to the pool level where you will also find the Fitness and Room and the Amenities Room. The main bedroom has a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom while the Second bedroom (internal den) has a double Murphy Bed and a Single Murphy bed great for families or a group of friends looking for a budget friendly vacation.

The deck has a BBQ and outdoor seating for 4 so you can relax outside and enjoy the warm summer nights. Each suite comes with 1 underground parking stall and a bike room key can be supplied for the secure bike room.

Please note: Shampoo and conditioner not provided by the host.

Very clean and nicely laid out condo and a beautiful view! We enjoyed the covered patio and the bbq. Perfect access to the resort pools and other amenities. Lots of towels and the kitchen was well supplied with all the necessary dishes and appliances. A great place to stay! The people who gave us the keys were very helpful and friendly.

Loved this property and unit

Everything was exactly as advertised. Great location in downtown Kelowna with beautiful views. Fully equipped unit. Beds were clean and comfortable. Will definitely choose this place next time in Kelowna.

A lovely little apartment complex right on the water, just a few blocks walk from the downtown strip. Suite was clean and tidy. Pool and hot tub were just inside the complex, clean and enjoyable. Check in process was a little awkward: had to set up a meeting at a separate, but nearby office location, to which the host was late. Check out was more smooth, but you still have to drive garbage bags across the parking complex and then back again to leave keys, despite paying for cleaners. A damage deposit had to be paid directly, outside of the VRBO app, which was not automatically returned to me despite leaving the suite just as we found it. After waiting a week and emailing the host, they said it was released "again." After another week I had to contact my Visa's service department. Host said they had released the charge and Visa said they hadn't so it's not entirely clear on whose end the issue was. Would have been an easy 5 star without all this managerial headache. Unfortunate.

The neighbourhood is great because it has so much close by for guests to see and do or you can just chill and enjoy the resort amenities!

The property is right beside a bird sanctuary with a boardwalk and is minutes away from the hiking trails of Knox Mountain. Guests love that they are able to walk only 5 minutes to Tugboat beach or a variety of Parks in the area.
