Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Plougastel-Daoulas, less than a kilometer from the beach, this charming 129 m² house with shared pool and jacuzzi which can accommodate up to 13 guests. It features a lovely 40 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 150 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with sofas, armchairs, TV, dining area and wood-burning stove (wood provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and small freezer
- Separate WC

1st floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 5: one double bed (140×190) and one single bed
- Bedroom 6: one double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bathtub

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, ping pong table, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A shared covered and heated swimming pool, open from the beginning of April to the end of September and available during the festive season (dates non-contractual and subject to change).
- Heated jacuzzi shared with another gîte, open from early April to late September (dates non-contractual and subject to change).
- A 20 m² covered terrace with two forest tables, sun loungers and stone barbecue
- A lovely 150 m² garden to enjoy on sunny days

The house is ideally located in Plougastel-Daoulas, in very pleasant surroundings, 200 m from the Grève de Pennavern and 1.5 km from Pors Guen beach. You'll benefit from all the essential stores nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 7 vehicles.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Brest 16 km (about 20 min. by car)
- Nearest airport: Brest-Bretagne 18 km (approx. 20 min. drive)
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.

Other notes:
- Electric vehicle hook-ups are not permitted.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are accepted for a supplement of €25/pet/stay, please specify when booking.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or at an additional cost from our local service provider; price: 150€).
- The wood-burning stove is functional and wood is provided.
- Safety point of view: Electric charging station forbidden.
- All children swimming under the responsibility of a parent. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual.
- Free Wifi available.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
