## Logement
Located on the 1st floor with elevator, the apartment comprises :
- two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's bedroom with a bunk bed.
- a children's playroom overlooking the courtyard.
- a bathroom with bathtub (separate toilet);
- and a large living room with lounge, dining room and open-plan kitchen.

This typical Haussmann apartment will be completely refurbished by an architect in June 2021 and brought up to date: Hungarian parquet flooring, marble fireplace, moldings, rosettes and an industrial glass roof add to its cachet. As we're big fans of interior design, we've taken particular care in decorating our apartment. Perfectly suited to families. You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: raclette machine, wifi, fridge, TV, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, fan, iron, decorative fireplace (non-functional), etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is ideally located in the Village des Abbesses, in the heart of Montmartre, right next to the Sacré Coeur and Place des Abbesses. It overlooks a lovely, typically Montmartre-style square.
For your daily needs, there's a "Carrefour Express" supermarket just a 2-minute walk away.

During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the must-see places for which the city is famous, such as:
- L'Arène de Montmartre, a 3-minute walk away;
- Place du Tertre 5 minutes away;
- The Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre 5 minutes away;
- The Moulin Rouge 13 minutes away, and many more.

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
