La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers you this newly renovated 130m2 villa with a 700m2 garden and a 40m2 swimming pool.
The villa is in the immediate vicinity of the cycle paths, just a few minutes\' bike ride from the Gros Jonc beach, which is one of the most popular on the Ile de Ré, as well as the village centres of Bois-Plage and Saint-Martin-de-Ré.
The villa is in a quiet location, just a few minutes from the shops, the market and the town centre of Bois-Plage.
The house is comfortable and has a living room/lounge with an open, fully equipped kitchen.
Private parking for 1 vehicle and 2 vehicles in front of the house on the quiet street.
GROUND FLOOR
Spacious living area open to the terrace and the pool.
The villa has 4 ground floor bedrooms.
Master bedroom with a double bed 180x200.
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds 90x200 that can be pushed together to make a double bed 180x200.

Heated, private swimming pool with automatic roller shutter, 40m2 and a maximum depth of 1.80m.
The pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
The heat pumps of our pools are programmed for heating to 28°. The actual water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the pool water temperature and a cold climate decreases the pool water temperature.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will give you a welcome guide with good plans and our advice to discover the Ile de Ré in the best conditions!
