Welcome to our home in the beautiful setting of Summerwood, in (DILLON, CO). Beautiful and unique with modern architecture, the home features an open-living floor plan while beaming an abundance of natural light in a picturesque setting. The home is centrally located with convenient access to all the local ski mountains, Lake Dillon, golf, fishing, and many other winter and summer activities, as well as hiking, biking, and jogging, within minutes of your doorstep in Summit County, Colorado. Within minutes of I-70, you will also enjoy the ease of nearby shopping and dining. This Summerwood property also offers a clubhouse with a seasonal pool, an exercise facility, outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, and an indoor hot tub and steam room.
This is not a typical mountain home with rustic furniture. This is a unique, home-away-from-home, with eclectic and elegant furnishings.

Unique property

Our weekend stay here was wonderful with the exception of a few hiccups. The pictures are mostly accurate- however when entering the house it is very obvious someone lives there. There are decorations all over that are not pictured, tiny nick-nacks that are breakable. The outside patios of the house was not accessible because of snow- it was actively snowing while we were there but it was several feet of snow, it had to have been there for a while. The hot tub was dirty, it had a layer of grime all along the hot tub. It would be nice if the listing described and pictured the house better- there were 4 levels in the house, 4 flights of stairs that I did not know of ahead of time. Lastly, the cleaners arrived a hour before our check out and barged into the house during our rental time, after telling them our checkout was at noon. Aside from all of that, the house is in a lovely area, tall beautiful windows really made the trip worth it since we could not play outside as planned.

Summerwood architectural retreat

We loved staying at this home! It’s in the perfect location- right in the middle of everything. A couple of miles in one direction is Breckinridge and a couple of miles in the other is Silverthorne- so you won’t waste your valuable vacation time driving. The home is fantastic! Very clean. The beds were so comfortable- I got the best sleep while there. It is completely stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, a crockpot, spices, toiletries etc. But the biggest hit was the hot tub. It was wonderful after a long day of skiing, sledding and playing outside. We were very comfortable there with plenty of bedrooms and gathering places for each of us to have our private spaces but still be together. This was my first experience with Vrbo so I had to contact poor Todd multiple times with minor questions and he responded immediately every time. I really appreciate that. The only bad thing is that we had to leave and I would 100% stay here again. It was fantastic in every way.

Unique Mountain Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house has an amazing kitchen and unique layout (indoor hot tub was great) that really made for a great family trip. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing house and great location

Amazing house with wonderful art and decorations, the pictures don't do it justice. Kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed the hot tub and watching the birds. The house is near lots of ski resorts. Would definitely recommend.
