It has a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, four shower rooms and a garden of around 2,000 m². We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² air-conditioned living room with sofas, TV, pool table and fireplace (wood provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- A second shower room with double showers and double basins
- A separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 4, air-conditioned: king-size bed (180×200), bathroom with shower, WC and access to terrace with furniture
- Bedroom 5: queen-size bed (160×200) and WC
- A shower room with shower and WC

In the studio adjoining the house :
- A kitchenette equipped with oven, hob, fridge, etc.
- A sitting area and a dining area
- Bedroom 6: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private swimming pool (unheated) measuring 9 x 5m, secured by an alarm and open from 1ᵉʳ May to 31 October (opening dates non-contractual and subject to change).
- A 50 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A beautiful 2,000 m² garden, fully enclosed and private

The house is ideally located in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: L'Isle-sur-Sorgue 4 km (about 8 minutes by car); Avignon TGV 32 km (about 45 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Avignon Provence 22 km (about 25 min by car)
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.

- The fireplace is working and wood is provided.
- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
- All children swimming in the pool are the responsibility of a parent. The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual and subject to change.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
