Pet policies: The following are operating policies of the property and violations are subject to fines. It is your responsibility to know and abide by the operating policies of the property. If you or your guests cause the property to be fined because of policy violations, the fine will be charged to you.

There is a $150 fine per pet/per night for undisclosed pets.

Pets shall not be tied, bound-up, loose or otherwise unattended while in common areas, decks, porches, or balconies.

Pets shall not be allowed to be outdoors without being attached or on a leash.

Owner of the pets shall be in physical control of their pets while outdoors.

Owner of the pets shall clean up and dispose of pet waste immediately. Pet waste will be disposed in the trash bins located in the trash barn. Pet waste is not to be collected and placed for later disposal anywhere on the property at any time.

Owner of the pets shall control dog barking when pet is inside or anywhere on the grounds of the property.

Pets may not be left unattended in the unit without prior host approval.
