Large living area with an open concept kitchen and dining. The porch is 15ft from the shore and entire shore has a retaining wall. Water views, front and back! It has the best trees on the Gaines Bend peninsula, along with a large green lawn for games, fire pit under the stars, swings, 2 kayaks (with lifejackets), and a huge sandbox for the kids. Kitchen includes 2 ovens, microwave, electric range, Keurig, as well as a drip coffee maker, waffle iron, toaster, popcorn maker, Instapot, dishwasher, and gas grill (outside). Dock to tie onto with boat ramp access 5 minutes away. Tons of deer, birds and other wildlife, all while maintaining a luxurious experience.
