The home has high speed wi-fi, Netflix, and YouTube TV which can be used for live TV.
Also, the Cliffs Golf Resort, is just minutes from the home, where you can play a round or sit and enjoy the view overlooking the lake.
No Pets (owner is allergic).
No diving off dock. When lake is full, water is about 10 feet at dock. Lake levels fluctuate so absolutely no diving is allowed.
*The home does not come with boat access and unfortunately due to liability issues, you cannot tie a boat up to the dock or beach it on the sand. Please feel free to rent a boat for the day. However, parking a boat at the property is not permitted under any circumstance.*
