Welcome to Casa Limoncello! Grab a libation and enjoy this gorgeous backyard featuring a private pool, dock, floating dock and its sweeping waterfront views overlooking Clearwater Harbor. It's a paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, fishing life (and bicycle rentals nearby)!
Together, the main house and the detached studio apt offer 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main house is as welcoming and cozy as it gets, with a gorgeous fully stocked kitchen, large dining area, living room and office nook, all with water views. Features 2 bedrooms and 2 beautiful full-baths and washer/dryer. The detached guest studio offers one full-size bed and one full-bath with kitchenette, its own washer/dryer, separate living area, open to a balcony with its own view of the water.
Located just two miles from downtown Dunedin, one of America's most walkable towns, on Florida's west coast. This home sits just off the Pinellas Trail and the path along the intracoastal waterway. The bicycling/walking trail features breweries, restaurants and stops along the way. Dunedin & Clearwater are also home to MLB Spring Training of the Toronto Blue Jays and the Philadelphia Phillies and highly celebrated state parks, including Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island and the world famous Clearwater Beach. Also a short distance away is downtown Clearwater with art, culture, food and drinks. Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks make a fun-filled afternoon visit, as well.

Great location on the water, along the Pinellas Trail and a safe short bike-ride to Dunedin.

Lovely and restful, with plenty of things to do- board games, biking, beach, dockside sunset, kayaking and wonderful restaurants close by.

Fun Trip!

We had such a fun time renting this house! It’s about a 5 minute drive to downtown Dunedin, which was awesome - lots of great restaurants and ice cream shops! The beaches aren’t far away either. The best part of the house is the backyard - lots of privacy and a dock where you can fish and watch the sun set. Just lovely,

Beautiful Family Property

Beautiful place for a family to enjoy fishing or relaxing by the pool. Very clean and updated. If you are lucky you’ll see the neighborhood rabbit that comes out to visit eating carrots from the kids hands. Got to see dolphins while sitting on the dock drinking coffee. Host was great! Highly recommend for a relaxing quite get away.

Wonderful Week in Florida

The house was perfect for our family. Beautifully decorated & perfect location with all the amenities we needed. We spent a lot of time in the pool. Also, we did kayaking & used the paddleboards out in the water. Great place & great location!

Lovely cottage with sunset views over water

We enjoyed our stay in this Clearwater cottage including Bike rides along Edgewater Drive to Dunedin. Cottage is clean and well stocked with everything you need. Close to both Clearwater beach and Honeymoon Island.

Lovely home with a great water view

Great location for easy trips to Honeymoon Island, Sand Key Park, Clearwater, etc. We kayaked off the dock and really enjoyed our stay. Perfect size home for a small family like ours. Studio apartment is private if you had additional people.

Lovely

Clean and beautiful property. Fun for the whole family. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock everyday. They managed to catch fish every day during our stay. Peaceful and serene vacation home. Close to downtown Dunedin and Clearwater beach. It’s a very short drive to Honeymoon Island, which we enjoyed multiple days during our stay.

Perfect Place for Our Family Vacation

The property had the perfect layout for the 5 adults travelling in our group. The backyard is a tropical oasis, very private and well maintained. The pool was lovely, we used it every day. Proximity to the Pinellas Trail was a nice perk. We walked into Dunedin every day. So many great places to visit in the area. Highly recommend renting e-bikes and travelling to the Tarpon Springs sponge docks, that was the highlight of our trip.

Amazing house!

Home was IMMACULATE and extremely well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. There are too many extras to list. Pool was a hit with our family. Son and husband stayed on the dock most of the time and caught a variety of fish. We went to Clearwater beach and Honeymoon Island and had an amazing time. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. The studio is also great esp if you have grown children who need their own space. Owners were VERY responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely return!

Perfect Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well stocked, clean and comfortable, with great outside and views across the bay. Saw a dolphin and caught an array of fish off the dock. For October, let's just say the pool was refreshing, but with sun every day, we got lucky. Location is perfect, short Trolley or Uber to Clearwater and Pineda Causeway ideal for a stroll or cycle to Dunedin with a pleasant 'watering hole' on the way. Trip to Caladesi Island by boat from Honeymoon Island also a must do. Thank you for letting us stay at hour home.

Kick Back in Clearwater

A little oasis in Clearwater, Florida. Outstanding views and fantastic weather. 1 mile to a little paradise called Dunedin. Quick trip to Clearwater Beaches and shopping. The family had fun and relaxed at this great property. The main house and guest house were fully stocked and very clean. The (4) bikes were great for riding around this great location. The property is beautifully furnished and comfortable. Michelle was great to work with and very responsive to any questions or concerns. "A great time in Florida".

Our stay near Dunedin

Pros: proximity to the bike path and good walking, water views from the house, good kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and comfortable beds. The studio is great for those who need space, private feel to the backyard. The owners are very responsive. Cons: There was a lot of construction going on in the immediate area and unfortunately the noise from that drowned out the sounds of nature. The one TV in the house is difficult to operate.

Home away from home

We had such an amazing stay. The location was perfect and private but very close to so many quaint little towns. We loved Clearwater beach and found over 100 sand dollars on the sand bar!!! The bike trail was fun and we used it several times in to Dunedin. The boys enjoyed fishing off the dock and caught sheep’s head, snook, catfish, and red fish!!! The home had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. We so enjoyed the pool every evening as well. My parents stayed in the apartment home and loved it. We would definitely come back to this home!!

Limoncello is just lovely!

This was our second stay at Limoncello and it was as wonderful as last year’s. The house is just charming: warm, comfortable interior and a very peaceful setting, especially on the dock. The furniture is clean and comfortable, the bedrooms and baths spacious (good mattresses in very good condition) lots of towels and kitchen supplies. As bikers and birders, it’s heaven! The Pinellas County bike path can be accessed just a 100 yards from the front door and the large wading birds are frequent visitors to the dock and lagoon. Michelle and Carol, the hosts, are always available and responsive…and very nice people. A five star experience!

Perfect in every way.

A very beautiful house on a serene lagoon just yards away from the Pinellas bike path. The house is beautifully appointed - the furniture and beds were very comfortable and the house is simply and beautifully decorated. The two bedrooms with en-suite baths (which are gorgeous) worked very well for two couples. We used the charming studio, too. The lagoon is filled with all kinds of birds and sitting on the dock at sunset was magical. Our hosts, Michelle and Carol were fantastic. They were incredibly responsive and eager to please. I would definitely return to this lovely house.

Wonderful Stay!

This is a great property! The house is very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. There are no surprises. This house will seem like home after a few days. It is beautifully appointed and the bathrooms are luxurious. It is full of whatever you will need for an extended stay plus a lot of fun extras like kayaks and bikes. The Pinellas trail is close to the house and we rode into the town of Dunedin daily. The view from the dock (and house) is spectacular - the birds are wonderful to watch and we even saw dolphins! The sunsets are spectacular! The owners are really wonderful. They responded very quick to every text and email which made for a very relaxing and fun vacation. Thank you Michelle and Carol!

Fully-appointed oasis

This property was EXACTLY what my family was looking for. It more than comfortably fit 6 adults. 4 in the main house, 2 in the guest house. The owners were INCREDIBLY accommodating when a couple of bumps came up on our trip, and quickly responded if we had any questions. The house has everything you need! We regularly used the two kayaks and two paddle boards to venture the lagoon and even went out into the ocean and saw dolphins! The pool, deck and dock are beautiful and the yard is large for any lawn games you might want to play. Comfy beds, spacious bathrooms and kitchen with cooking supplies made the stay even better. Downtown Dunedin is a 5 min drive and we regularly visited Jensen brothers fish market to get fresh seafood for our dinners. Couldn’t recommend this property enough! Thank you for a perfect stay!

Picture Perfect

The main house and studio are both beautifully decorated and have everything needed to make Casa Lemoncello a home away from home. The family's favorite activity was relaxing by the pool and enjoying the waterfront view. We encountered a few surprises during our stay but the homeowners were quick to address and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful house!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. It has an amazing view and the sunsets were really beautiful every night. The house was packed, it had everything that we needed to feel at home. We had great time swimming with the canoes and riding the bikes to Clearwater beach. It is on great location. Carol and Michelle were amazing hosts and their hospitality was amazing. We had lovely holidays there and will for sure book again!

Carol Pooley and Michelle DiGiore are business partners in Real Estate with Premier Sotheby's International Realty and now business partners in Casa Limoncello. Carol had long talked about buying a vacation home in Dunedin. Michelle had always dreamed of owning a Bed and Breakfast.

Varför värden valde detta boende

It was a spontaneous purchase. The property had just been listed off-market by other PISR realtor partners. As soon as Carol saw the property flyer, she knew she had to buy it. When she mentioned a possible partnership, Michelle immediately said, "I want to be that partner!". Long story short, they toured the property the next day and went under contract the following day.
We love everything about this property and its location! We have only been renting it out for a short time now, but absolutely love being hosts!
