Our cottages are cleaned to the highest standards. We have always provided extremely clean cottages (just read our reviews)

All cottages are ground floor and have individual entrances (no elevators to share).

All cottages have full kitchens and are self-catering.

Our back garden oasis contains two pools and a 170-foot patio with tables and chairs for each cottage. Plenty of room for sunning and enjoying the outdoors.

We have been providing cottages on Clearwater Beach for 20 years. We know what is important to you and we appreciate the opportunity to enhance your vacation stay. Thank you for supporting this small business on Clearwater Beach.

Our 2/1 Banana Breeze vacation rental is part of a Family Friendly 7 Cottage Resort located on the quiet Cyprus Avenue behind the Chapel by the Sea Church on the Island of Clearwater Beach. These beautiful homes are landscaped together in a tropical garden, with 2 heated pools, and a patio, all surrounded by palm trees.

This cottage can accommodate a maximum of 5 people, including all children. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, bath, and two bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king bed with cable television, the second bedroom has a queen. All linens are provided. Central air, washer/dryer, tiled floors, ceiling fans and more.

We are a 2-minute walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Frenchys and Palm Pavilion have live music as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico. We are close to Pier 60, a great place for kids, with a Key West Style Festival every evening.
Additional 2/1 cottage and a 1/1 cottage for larger families or a couple.

For the comfort of all of our guests, no pets are permitted.

Smoking is permitted outside only.

Great week!

We had a great week at banana breeze. The photos online don’t do it justice, as it was just recently renovated. Grounds were beautiful and it was right in the heart of Clearwater Beach. Quick walk to the beach, park, restaurants, etc. James was a great host and super accommodating. We will be back!

Banana Breeze

It was a very well located, quiet, safe and clean neighborhood. There were a few night we had cockroaches and the air conditioning was locked which for menopause was not great a night.

Great Stay Even During a Tropical Storm

Perfect location. Beautiful pool area and the lanai was amazing to sit and grill on during the rainy tropical storm. We will be back!

Wonderful Clearwater Cottage!

Cottage was clean and had everything we needed on our vacation. Loved the location and having the pool after a day at the beach was nice. Will definetly be back.

Sweet Simple Cottage

This cottage is wonderfully located on Clearwater Beach. Near restaurants and shopping. There is a wonderful state park near by. The grounds are nicely landscaped, very quiet and an easy place to sit and read.

The Banana Breeze was the perfect cottage for us in Clearwater. It was clean, comfortable and close to everything. We enjoyed the heated private pool in the backyard and liked how we had guaranteed parking right in front of our cottage. My only suggestion for this property and its attached cottages would be to provide wagons so your guests had a way to easily transport their belongings to the beach. We struggled to carry all of our things to and from the beach every day. A wagon would’ve been appreciated. We will definitely keep this property at the top of our list when visiting Clearwater.

First time to Florida, Banana Breeze was within walking distance of most everything we wanted to do in Clearwater. Pool was great to relax in. Great trip!

Charming cottage 🌺

We LOVED this charmingly sweet cottage bc we were steps to all things Clearwater Beach (we timed it to be a 3 minute easy stroll), had the luxury of a pool, and cool comfortable accommodations. Breakfast every morning on the lanai was perfect. On-site parking 👍 So glad we found this 💕

The cottage is just as described very adequate nothing fancy .About 2 blocks to the beach

Very nice cottage style house connected to another that shares a back yard pool . We were lucky enough to have the pool to ourselves as the adjoining house was empty. About a 2 block walk to the beach & within walking distance to many restaurants and bars along the beach strip.Definitely would stay here again very convenient Only wish they had better beach chairs to use

Nice bungalow

Good location, with heated small pool. Good privacy and easy parking. Toilet paper holder set too far back. Kitchen tight for two people at the same time, with limited working space. One of the 4 burners on the stove did not work. Pool towels were threadbare, but other towels were good.

Great location and friendly host

The location was perfect, just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and close to the main strip as well as restaurants and shop's. The place was nice and clean and beds were comfortable, everything that was needed was provided including shower and beach towels and beach chairs. We loved the place and would stay again.

The cottage was clean. The furnishings were very comfortable. The location was extremely convenient with places to eat and drink within walking distance. The cost was very affordable for everything it has. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice restful place

The property is really nice. I loved the easy access to the pool right outside our door (Just wish we could have been in the pool past 9) The units are quite, even with neighbors on both side of us with kids there was never and issue. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We biked all over the place (its one the easiest ways to get around) great walking and biking trails the area is very walker/biker friendly. Great place to get away!

It was a great experience from the beginning with communications to rent Banana Breeze. You can tell that Teresa and Max are hard workers, as well as "hands on" hosts. Our cottage was SUPER clean and well equipped. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the pools, however, the landscaping and private fenced in area around them was quite impressive. We were able to walk everywhere...to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The beach near the Palm Pavilion (just a short walk away) is gorgeous and so huge, we were there every day to enjoy! And we truly LOVED the amazing Clearwater Beach sunsets, they DO NOT disappoint!

Perfect family stay! Best location!

This little place was a perfect set up for my family of four (two small kids 2 & 6 yrs old) It was clean, quiet, and a great location for walking to the beach, restaurants, pier 60, and the marina for boat excursions. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and it was a nice treat for my husband and I to be able to relax by the pool and swim while our kiddos took their much needed afternoon naps. Teresa and Max were easy to communicate with and are very obviously hand on owners who take pride in the quality of their homes. We will be back!!

Loved it!

I can not recommend this cottage enough. Location was great, our 5 yr had no problem walking to the beach but also all restaurants and shops. The cottage was very clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed. The heated pool was definitely the highlight for our family. It was amazing! Can't wait to come back and wouldn't hesitate to stay with Theresa and Max again. And eat at our favorite restaurant Taco Bus.

These quaint and cozy units located in the mid-North Beach area are in the best location possible, located away from South Beach, which tends to be overcrowded and more saturated. Staying in This property will provide you with a better experience being closer to Mandalay Ave where all the bars and restaurants are located while staying away from the heavy crowds. You'll be close to the action while staying in a peaceful area. The two-minute walk to the beach access for these cottages is next to the two most sought-out restaurants on Clearwater Beach; the Palm Pavilion and Frenchy's Rockaway Grill the two beachfront restaurants that have become icons of the area. There is also a gas station within one block of these cottages which makes your stay much more convenient. We also have public basketball and tennis courts across the street. Don't miss out on this excellent accommodation, a family-operated gem!
